This condo has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation! Our condo has just been painted, and has all new art, decor, and many furniture updates throughout! The ONLY WAY to be closer to the beach is to be a dolphin!

Welcome to “Happy Hours” located on the 2nd floor! Plan the ultimate beach vacation in our renovated and coastal inspired 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps up to 10. The Gulf front master suite has balcony access, amazing views, a king bed, and ensuite bathroom. The spacious guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and bathroom access. The third smaller bedroom has a full-sized bed AND for even more sleeping space, the living room has a queen sofa sleeper! Our condo has a full-sized laundry room, fully stocked kitchen, dining space, and breakfast bar. The HUGE balcony is reason alone to rent this condo – enjoy the sounds of the surf, watch the sunrise or sunset, or watch the kids in the pool!

Sleeps up to 10 with Wifi, HBO, and music tv channels!

Family fun, Minutes to Restaurants & Entertainment, Pools, BBQ Grills and beach service (2 chairs + umbrella each day of your stay March 1 – October 31) is included!

*We offer and recommend travel insurance from Rental Guardian to protect your vacation! The policy is 7% of your vacation, or we offer a “cancel for any reason” policy for 10.8% of your vacation cost.

**RULES – We have a video doorbell that must not be covered up or tampered with, must be 25+ to rent and supervise any guests not of age at all times, no pets, no smoking/vaping in condo or balcony, absolutely no luggage carts inside the condo, all guests will receive our reservation agreement for electronic signature upon booking. A week prior to your check-in date I will send your welcome letter and door code!**

**Guest pets are not allowed in this building per HOA rules. Emotional support animals are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals. Please do not bring any pets! If you have a support animal that you plan to bring, please search for pet friendly rental options!**

You will have access to our entire condo and all the building amenities and our beautiful, deeded beach!

Our guests will have a private vacation, but we are just a phone call or e-mail away!

You will love Okaloosa Island – not as busy and touristy as Destin, but only a few miles away! We have amazing restaurants, a grocery store very close, seasonal firework shows, and even a few places to eat located almost across the street. We love our little slice of paradise and we know you will too!

We offer free parking. No boats or trailers allowed. Our building is within walking distance or a short drive of several great restaurants and a mini golf/ice cream shop!

Primary guest(s) must be at least 25 years old and personally supervise any guests under 25 at all times. NO pets allowed, including ESAs which are not required in vacation rentals by law, and no smoking/vaping in the condo or the balcony. We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building – we are not responsible for noise from other guests, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours. Security deposit hold placed 2 days before arrival of $300 and released within 7 days of departure if no damage or theft. Management fee includes an accidental damage waiver to protect you up to $500 for accidental damage caused in the property – guests must report the damage immediately to be covered!
