**RULES – primary guest(s) must be 25+ years old and closely supervise any guests under the age requirement, maximum of 6 guests in the condo (HOA will only give 6 wristbands and will not allow additional guests due to fire code laws), NO PETS, NO SMOKING OR VAPING in condo or balcony, no parties, no luggage carts inside the condo, check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am…failure to follow any rules as listed in reservation agreement will lead to eviction with no refund! **This is a pet free building and enforced by building security/ Emotional support animals are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals. If you have a support animal that you plan to bring, please search for pet friendly rental options! During spring break and the week of July 4th, the building will not allow unregistered guests on property to keep all amenities available and not overcrowded for registered guests**

Went for a 5 day trip for my birthday with the family. We had a great time. The condo is great and the staff and facilities are awesome! It was our first time to Destin and we will be back. The beach and the area are wonderful!
This condo resort and this particular unit was perfect! No walking to the beach or pool, everything you need steps away. We had issue with the garbage disposal but the owner had maintenance there within the hour. Highly recommend.
Property was as advertised. Property manager was very responsive to a few questions we had during the stay. I saw some negative reviews online about the property staff (unrelated to this unit) - we had great service from the property staff - only positives. I would stay here again.

We came to Destin after our trip to the Bahamas was cancelled due to COVID-19. The condo was very comfortable With plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and had pretty much everything we needed. Not quite the same as the Bahamas but we enjoyed our visit! Definitely would recommend it!

We had the best time on our trip. The unit was perfect and stocked well for us. Kris was great to deal with and had quick responses. This was our first time at the Pelican and will definitely be back!

We had a great time despite the beginning of the COVID19 shut downs midweek of our stay. The facility and condo is really nice. The tiki bar was great. The beach was beautiful and the weather was perfect. The property manager worked with me on changing dates and was very helpful.
