– Our location can’t be beat – within a quick walk or drive to many amazing restaurants, we are close to The Boardwalk, fishing pier (weekly summer fireworks), AdventureZone and the Gulfarium.
– Only 7 miles west of Destin – Okaloosa Island doesn’t have high rises so we don’t have all the traffic and crowded beaches like Destin!
– Less than a mile to the grocery store

We want our guests to have a private vacation and we will not intrude, but if you need us we are just a text or e-mail away!
Other things to note
**RULES – Primary guest must be 25+ to rent and supervise any guests not of age at all times, no pets, no smoking/vaping in condo or balcony, absolutely no luggage carts inside the condo, all guests must abide by all HOA rules, you will receive our required reservation agreement for electronic signature upon booking. A week prior to your check-in date I will send your welcome letter and door code!**
**Guest pets are not allowed in this building. Emotional support animals are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals. Please do not bring any pets! If you have an emotional support animal that you plan to bring, please search for pet friendly rental options!**
You will have access to our entire condo and all the building amenities and our beautiful, deeded beach!
Our guests will have a private vacation, but we are just a phone call or e-mail away!
You will love Okaloosa Island – not as busy and touristy as Destin, but only a few miles away! We have amazing restaurants, a grocery store very close, seasonal firework shows, and even a few places to eat located almost across the street. We love our little slice of paradise and we know you will too!
We offer free parking for up to 2 cars per reservation. No boats or trailers allowed. Our building is within walking distance or a short drive of several great restaurants and a mini golf/ice cream shop!
Upon booking, you will receive our standard rental agreement for electronic signature and an offer of optional travel insurance to protect your vacation!
Primary guest(s) must be at least 25 years old and personally supervise any guests under 25 at all times. Guest maximum cannot be exceeded per HOA rules and fire code laws – infants counts in guest count! NO pets allowed, including ESAs which are not required in vacation rentals by law, and no smoking/vaping in the condo or the balcony. We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building – we are not responsible for noise from other guests, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours. Security deposit hold placed 2 days before arrival of $300 and released within 7 days of departure if no damage or theft. The $14 community fee is for an accidental damage waiver that will cover accidental property damage up to $500.

We LOVE Okaloosa Island because it is so much lower density than Destin. You won’t be fighting for your spot at the beach – there is plenty of room for everyone. Okaloosa Island is located so closet to some amazing restaurants and the downtown FWB area is full of cute shops, a popular food truck are, and everyone’s favorite – Parlor Donuts! You will love our location as much as we do!!
