"No complaints at all. Kristine's description of the home, location, rules (such as trash disposal, etc.) were accurate and reasonable. The home is located almost at the end of the street, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. We were a group of six people (the home allows up to 12), so there was no need for us to test out the roll-away bed(s), and we had plenty of room. I slept in two different beds during the stay and they were both fine, comfort wise, and I didn't hear any complaints from the other people I was with regarding the beds. The huge pool (reminds me of a full-blown resort pool) was amazing; very warm, clean, and actually pretty, with a zero-entry option. And while the pool area just has one hot tub (average size), it was always on and always hot -- I'm not a world traveler but I've never seen a hot tub stay on continuously, with no timer in sight, and be consistently hot. And the beach -- amazing warm water, gentle waves, and clear - and yes, you can see the fish."

"This place is as pictured and spacious. Convenient to grocery stores and shopping area. About a 5-10 min drive to beaches. 15-20min (no traffic) 40 min (traffic) drive to Destin for boardwalk and crab island boat rentals. The beaches are a legit 20min walk from the place. The shuttle ONLY takes you to Pompano Joes Beach- not all the listed.
Overwhelmingly, There are lots of rules to follow here and instructions once you sign their rental agreement. No condiments- spices-oils or basic kitchen items. No golf carts allowed in this neighborhood. Their starter kit is minimal with trash bags and soaps.
Upon our arrival the bbq grill needed propane and Kristine was prompt to bring another. The kitchen teflon pans/pots were damaged and they replaced during our stay with a new ceramic set.
There was dog feces along the driveway which they claimed wasn’t their responsibility to clean, however it should be as you could step in it when exiting the vehicle.
Overall, I may stay here again."

"Great location if you want to do family activities outside from going to the beach but the beach is a good 10-15 minute walk the phone number to the transport people did not work for us or they didn’t answer so we were stuck walking when we wanted to go to the beach other than that everything was great"

"We had a great time at Ambition Fades. The house is in a good location for the pool and restaurants, stores, etc. We drove to the beach and always found parking in the morning. We made good use of the beach chairs and sand toys! Our family loved that except for the kid's bunk room, everyone had a king size bed."

"Enjoyed staying at this house with some friends of ours. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. It's a very short walk to the heated community pool and walking distance to the beach. Having a kitchen to make our meals and a washer/dryer to use was great. We were there during spring break, so it was definitely a lively neighborhood. Communication with hosts was excellent... they were always very friendly and responsive."

"Great space for 3 families. Walkable to beach, and compound also offers tram service to the beach if desired. The pool is amazing - very kid friendly and lots of room. Amenities are super close just 0.5-5 miles away for fun, shopping, food, movie theatre, etc.
The host is very communicative, and accommodating as well. Loved everything about it. They do only provide starter supplies for bathroom, and kitchen so keep that in mind when packing to come."
