"This location was fantastic! The beach was just steps away and within easy walking distance. The area was peaceful and not crowded at all, which made for a relaxing stay. Mornings on the beach were especially beautiful. The place is apartment style, which worked well for us. We had no issues with parking, which was a big plus. Although we booked last minute and had several rules to follow, everything was manageable overall."

"The location of this condo was fantastic and being so close to the beach made it even better! The condo was just as described and had all of the necessary amenities. There was some maintenance work being completed during our stay however the owner communicated this prior to booking and it never interfered with our stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"It was a beautiful stay there is a pool but it is not heated it is freezing and it has no hot tub but it was easy access to the beach and it was wonderful waking up and walking right out on the balcony and seeing the beach can’t wait to come back"

"Loved how easy it was to get to the beach from condo, literally steps away. The beach chair service was a great addition we didn’t know we needed. The surf hut next door has great drinks and you can walk in with your bathing suit. Condo was clean and well kept and had everything you needed. I my coming from home I recommend bringing your own dish washer pods, laundry stuff, paper towels etc because it was pricey to buy all that stuff there."

Also within walking distance of great restaurant (The Surf Hut) and only a block from grocery store (Winn Dixie). The mattresses were so comfortable - best I've ever slept on!"

The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch was bigger than expected. Loved having the in unit washer and dryer to clean towels. "Absolutely wonderful! The unobstructed view is beautiful. This place truly is beach side, which is exactly what we were looking for. There is nothing between you and the sand, except some stairs. The condo itself is also beautiful. Very, very clean (and we are picky)! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, and the beds/furniture are all comfortable. My husband loved looking out at the ocean while sitting in the recliner. We are so glad we found Beach House Condo 201A, and we will definitely be back!"
