Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the porch, then head outside for a refreshing dip in your private pool. With plenty of comfortable lounge seating, the pool area is the perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon soaking up the Florida sunshine. Beyond the pool, you'll enjoy a peaceful water view of Lake Caroline that adds to the home's relaxed, tropical setting.
When it's time to explore, you're just minutes from the beautiful Gulf beaches, where sugar-white sand and emerald waters await. After a day at the beach, come home to rinse off, relax by the pool, and enjoy dinner or drinks while the palms sway in the breeze.
Inside, Blue Skies offers a comfortable coastal retreat with plenty of space for family and friends to relax, reconnect, and make memories. Multiple covered porches provide additional outdoor living space, giving everyone a favorite spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

BIKES:
- 4 adult bikes are provided with each reservation
- To use our bikes, you must sign our liability waiver in advance with the bike company and follow their rules.
HOUSE RULES
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our home does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM CST and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check-in time.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home or outdoor areas
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• We provide starter supplies of toiletries and paper products and all bed linens and bath towels. We do not provide beach towels.
• Please note that we have regularly scheduled pool cleaning, landscaping and pest control visits.
