"Place was beautiful! I would suggest bringing an umbrella of your own just in case, there was high winds and we could not use the beach umbrellas that were included with our stay. But other than that place was very cozy and clean!"

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Kristine und ihr Mitarbeiter waren immer und schnell erreichbar, die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und klappte problemlos. Das Apartment war sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer! Der Strand war fantastisch und der Strandservice, der im Preis beinhaltet war, war sehr praktisch. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort, insgesamt vier Erwachsene, zwei Kinder (9 und 5 Jahre) und ein Baby. Die Wohnung hatte genug Platz und alles an Ausstattung, was wir benötigten. In der Küche war insbesondere genug Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, ohne dass sofort gespült werden musste."

"House was great and even had a few extras that were helpful! 3rd bedroom was tiny but exactly as described. Just mentioning it because I hadn’t realized that part and there were 10 of us. The location was so close tho the beach, pool and restaurants. It was definitely convenient to all the things we wanted to do! We had a wonderful time!"

"We stayed 3 nights. I loved that we could just walk down to the beach. The view from our room and balcony was amazing! The condo was very clean which is important to me.
The kitchen has everything you need to fix meals which was great.
It was also very quiet. I never heard any of the other guests.
The only negative that I would bring up is that the 3rd bedroom was pretty small.
We look forward to coming back here soon!"

"Kristine and her team were incredible to work with. After a very late night arrival after a very long travel day we found ourselves without a place to stay due to an issue with the condo we had originally rented (not affiliated with Kristine or her team). I immediately started looking for condos that were available to rent and booked this at close to 2am. I explained the situation and how we were forced to stay at a hotel that night but were really hoping that we could get into the unit prior to the typical 4pm check in. They communicated very quickly and were able to have the unit ready for us by the time we had to check out of the hotel. They went above and beyond for us and even included some sweet donuts that were a huge hit with my kids. The unit was spotless, comfortable and in a perfect location with a great view and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. You will not be disappointed with this unit or this team!"

"This place was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was EXTREMELY clean & open & beautiful. There are ‘sound machines’ in each room which we all used. That was great. There was also a box fan in the master closet, so if you wanted to lag one along, no need! 🙂 Careful not to fall, as the rug around the master bed, moves & is slippery on the floor. Also, they have high top, light weight, aluminum chairs on the balcony for the best view over the dune area, however currently there isn’t another option for sitting, so my mom & aunt overweight with knee problems, had to bring a dining chair out to sit out there. The internet was extremely challenging. There are lots of games & dvds in the hutch the tv is on in the living room areas. There are extra blankets in the closets! 🙂 It is on the first floor above a parking garage & there is an elevator. It was on the beach and very close to everything, going left into Pensacola or right into Destin. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Beautiful condo! Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Beds were comfortable, view was nice (although you are on 1st floor so can see ocean but not the beach area) and it was a quiet and peaceful community at night was much appreciated. New furniture throughout (April '22) Easy access to Destin and lots of good food options in Okaloosa as well. This was our first trip to the panhandle and we loved it! Will definitely be back and would highly recommend this condo and area to stay. Kristine was a great host with all the information you really needed in her intro email plus has a book in home to help with any other questions. We had no issues during out stay. 3rd bedroom is very small but was nice having that 4th bed option if you have a larger family or group coming. Definitely a great place to stay overall! Highly recommend."
