"We had a fantastic stay! The condo is right on the beach with access to a private area and paid beach service—super convenient. The unit was spotless, well-equipped, and had a full kitchen, which we really appreciated. The view of the gulf from the living room is breathtaking—morning coffee with ocean sounds was perfect. It’s walking distance to the Okaloosa boardwalk and a short drive to Destin. Lots of great restaurants nearby, though limited shopping. The bed and bath were very clean with high-quality linens and towels. Only downside: the bedroom window faces the hallway near the elevator, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The host was very responsive and check-in/out was smooth. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach escape!"

The balcony had the best view of the ocean. We had 2 chairs and umbrellas waiting each morning set up at the beach which was easy- we just took our beach bags!

"Kristine’s place was awesome!!! Everything we needed was right there for us and the place was nicely decorated. I don’t think it could’ve been any cleaner, it was pretty spotless. Kristine was very responsive and a great host! The only issue was flooding on the balcony which my husband about slipped on. He used a shop vac from maintenance and got all the water up so it didn’t ruin hanging out on the balcony. We loved our stay and will stay agin definitely!"

"We have stayed in many rentals over the years and there is always something that can be improved on. When we got to Kristin’s I was amazed at all the attention to detail she has shown. The rental is extremely clean. Linens top notch. Everything I needed in the kitchen was there. It was very well laid out. There were only two of us so we had plenty of room. With more people it might have been a little cramped but we did not experience that. The proximity to the pool and beach was great. TripAdvisor best food in Fort Walton is right across the street. Washer/dryer was very good. Microwave was spotless. WiFi worked perfectly. Beach chairs everyday were great. I cannot say enough good. She thought of everything. You won’t be disappointed. I plan to check out Kristin’s other listings as well."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Kristine’s place. The unit was just as shown in the pictures and very clean. The condo was beautifully decorated. The view was amazing! The location was perfect which made getting around easier, since it was our first time at Destin. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well. "Stop searching and book this gorgeous condo! Pictures don't do it justice. Exceptionally clean throughout, relaxing, updated, and modern. Down the elevator and you're at the heated pool and just steps to the beach. Not as crowded and touristy as are some area beaches. The host is super friendly, very responsive, and professional. Safe area. Grocery, restaurants, etc. all within a 5-10 minute drive. You can't beat the view from this perfect place! Dreamy sunsets...I will definitely be a repeat guest."

"We were awesomely pleased with the condo. Having a balcony looking out on the beach was super. My daughter and her family were in town and were able to come over and enjoy going to the beach with us. Overall, it was a great time and an excellent condo. We are looking forward to renting it again in the future. I gave Kristine 5 stars, but there were a few minor glitches. First, the balcony had gotten flooded by rain before our arrival. Not the fault of the owner. The balcony came with a weather curtain, which the property management probably should have shut. Second, the washer/dryer didn't work, but we could use my daughter's. Lastly, I admit that the Kuerg dumbfounded me. I could use the single-serve but needed help figuring out the traditional coffee pot section. Those were minor issues that did not detract from our overall excellent experience. Thank you, Kirstine!"

"Condo is beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect. The condo amenities are above par. From the extra trash bags, the makeup cloths, chip clips, extra throws/blankets to the fully stocked kitchen, you can see that the hosts have meticulously thought of everything.
The only downside is the smokers from other balconies - especially if you have allergies or asthma.

"My mom and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the balcony. The place is newly redone and super cute. The layout is two sink areas and two toilets and one shower. The kitchen is stocked but definitely a “butt bumper” for 2 people. We just took turns. 🙂 Plenty of seating! It’s also a very easy walk to the beach and the chairs included are awesome. We hope to be back."

The condo is absolutely stunning. Balcony facing the beach, Fort Walton Beach is less crowded compared to Destin.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay again.
Great condo, spotlessly clean, easy access to pool and beach (2 beach chairs are included) and being set up every morning.
Amazing location right across from Stewby’s and a couple min walk to Fubar (great pizza) and some other restaurants, for those moments when you don’t want to drive anywhere.
Publix is less than 5min drive just across the bridge.
In general just an amazing location in a peaceful area. True gem on Okaloosa island, I’ll certainly be back."

"The condo was in a great location facing the gorgeous ocean. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, with starter products and accurately described in the listing. Detailed instructions were provided. The shower handle was a little touchy getting hot water, but we figured it out. The washer/dryer combo made it easy to keep up with having clean beach towels and shower towels. The condo stayed surprisingly cool our entire visit - which was welcomed with the heat! We traveled with a family of five and it worked well for us. We would stay again!"

"We had the best time!! The view is stunning. The place has everything that you need. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and dishes. It’s furnished beautifully and super clean. We had 6 in our group and we all had a place to sleep. We did two in the bedroom, two in the pullout couch, and two in the hallway beds.
We spent the entire day on the beach. There is lots to read when staying at an Air BNB. Just to let you know - there is a guy who sets up beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Two chairs and an umbrella come with your rental! The guy is super helpful. We rented two more chairs and an umbrella. We also rented a kayak for an hour but he let us have it longer. We saw a big sea turtle swim by us. It was awesome.
We showered the sand off and swam in the pool after our beach day.
I just wish that we could have stayed longer!"

"Wonderful stay! The unit was exceptionally clean.
Unit is in the center of the building for a perfect view, close to the elevator. Very quiet. Walkway to the beach from the pool had a nice grade without stairs. Comfortable furniture and perfectly decorated. The bunkbeds indicated they were for children, but a smaller person or young adult would be comfortable in them. Nice towels and linens. Instructions are sent after booking that will probably answer any extra questions and include additional details about the area, helpful. Easily received grocery delivery, carts in garage helped take things upstairs. Felt very secure/safe here.
Kitchen has everything you can think of large bowls, pitchers, plenty of plates, cups serving dishes, utensils and other nice touches like cutting boards, pizza pan and cutter, scissors, bag clips. You name it, it was there.
The appliances appear brand new, full sized and were easy to operate. The fridge was huge, and the freezer made ice quickly."
