"Great stay! Possibly the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The view is spectacular and the building was calm and quiet. The back deck felt private and I did not hear any of the other neighbors while inside the condo which is a huge plus. The walk to the beach is much shorter than some of the surrounding condos we have stayed at. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!"

"Our stay at aqua vista was the first time we’ve been to fort Walton/destin. It was perfect! Close to lots of amenities but much less crowded than other areas and very close to all things. Walking distance to Okaloosa boardwalk, fishing pier, and across the street from stewbys (amazing), and the beach service was directly in front of our condo. Easy parking, the building was clean, the house was impeccably clean, comfy beds, and quiet. We would definitely return!"

"This condo is absolutely fabulous!
The first thing you notice is the beautiful view of the Gulf not only from the living room but from the primary bedroom as well. Once you realize the view isn’t going anywhere, you will see a beautifully decorated space with thoughtful touches throughout. And did I mention how clean it was?! My husband and I have stayed in many rentals and this one is by far the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. Everything was as advertised and more. We would not hesitate to stay there again or any of their other properties!"

"We loved this condo, and you couldn't ask for a better view of the beach! This property is on the quiet side of the area (not in the middle of Destin, where we normally stay), and there are several restaurants within walking distance. My only suggestion is that another lock be added to the front door (it only has the keyless entry on the door handle) since the entrance to the property is not secured.
The host was easily reachable and provided everything we needed for our three-day stay, including beach set-up (two chairs and an umbrella)! Definitely 5 out of 5 stars!"

We have a Kaba lock on the front door which locks automatically the second the door is closed and is the most secure lock on the market - from the inside, you do not have to unlock anything like a standard door! We take guest safety very seriously and these locks are the best money can buy! Thanks for staying in "Aqua Vista" - we hope you can visit the beach again soon!

"This is a beautiful place and met all our needs. Home had everything we needed to cook and heat up leftovers. Loved the view and had a great beach access. Host was very friendly and very quick response time. Loved we were able to do laundry while we were there so we didn’t have some much to do when we got back.
