"Kristen was a great host! Very responsive. The home has updated faucets, door handles, and decor. The bones are old. Carpets and grout very dirty. Blood and stains on the extra pillows. Bed comfortable, kitchen nice, tvs are smart. Keurig and coffee pot. Washer and dryer were handy! Room is right off the elevator, elevators smelled terrible. Small/warm pool, beach access great. AJs was great food, a block away. Parlor Donut also great, short drive. Destin is close. For the price of the condo and the size of our party, a hotel would have been better priced with more amenities. The host requested a five star review several times, I could not give a full five. This was our first visit to the area, we look forward to coming back but do not plan to use this host or property again."

Thanks, Felishia. You didn't reach out to me until the day you were checking out to let me know about any issues with stains on the spare pillows in the closet. I don't ask guests for 5 star reviews, I let them know how much we appreciate it! We ask guests to let us know when they are staying if they have any issues - we can't fix what we don't know about. We do a very thorough inspection after our cleaning team and before our guests arrive and we didn't find any stains on the extra closet pillows - we are human and can certainly miss things and always immediately respond and take care of our guests. Telling me when you are leaving and writing about it in a review doesn't give me the chance to make it right and to give you the 5 star stay we strive for!

"We loved Kristine’s condo! It was in the perfect location. The beach is soo beautiful and even though it was packed, it was very laid back. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed is super comfy and the condo was so quiet. We had every meal at either Asiago’s or Stewby’s which are both within walking distance. We hope to be back soon. Our long weekend was so relaxing!"

"Apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. Balcony was perfect with amazing view. Bed very comfortable. We had storms and wind and a chilly week. We had a hard time finding much to do besides shopping. Local food is great. Air Force museum is very cool. Fort Pickens is also very much worth the trip. Make sure you go see the beach out there… not safe for swimming! With better weather this is a perfect place."

"We enjoy the lighter traffic just outside of Destin. We have stayed numerous times in this area and liked this location and parking. The Publix is very convenient and we tried several restaurants in Fort Walton
that the owner had recommended in their “Info” booklet. Must say, the Georgia grilled cheese at the Boardroom was a winner. We went at lunch and only had a short wait. Enjoyed our visit- the weather was perfect!"

"To celebrate my 30th birthday, I told my husband I wanted something quiet and sunny- and this place was it! We were hesitant when we saw this unit was beside the elevator and above the pool, but we never had an issue with noise. We loved the chair service on the beach (and the guy who ran that was super friendly too!). The balcony provided the most perfect place to watch the sun rise with a book and coffee, and to watch the early morning fishing boats and dolphins. We were able to walk to dinner a few nights, and when we went out parking was never an issue. Our hosts had amazing recommendations, and were very responsive when we had a couple issues. We highly recommend this place!"

"Came for a sister trip. As soon as I opened the door, lights were on, music was playing. The place was exactly as photos, with some new furniture added. It was crisp and clean. The decor was so homey and we felt so very comfortable there.
Loved being on the 6 th floor, the deck was so nice and you could see everything! The deck chairs were very comfortable and we enjoyed eating breakfast and having coffee in the mornings!
Everything was easy from booking, throughout. Answered messages very quickly.
We were so impressed that we had lounge chairs and an umbrella waiting for us every morning!!!
I would definitely recommend this place to others!!!!"

"Had a great time. Condo balcony overlooks the beach, near the elevator but not much noise, elevator was always available without much wait and seemed to be cleaned often. Short walk to beach, beautiful sand and water.
Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, dishes, pans, etc we needed for cooking all our meals. Plenty of towels and condo was very clean. Parking was easy and close to building entrance. I would stay again."

Have included the service of chairs and umbrella came very handy and not to worry of bringing our own. Bed was great. We did not use the sofa bed. My daughter slept in one of the bunks and she complained the third night about the AC noise. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again in the near future."
