"This was a beautiful condo, probably the best we’ve ever stayed at in terms of how wonderful it smelled, beautiful costal MATCHING decor which many condos don’t have, cleanliness, and many thoughtful items (ie hand soaps, lots of towels and washcloths for two people, extra beach chairs, a wonderful strong shower head, pretty pub style balcony furniture which most condos don’t have, several rolls of starter tp (not just one like you normally find), good size TV in living room and bedroom, multiple charging ports in the living room and bedroom, and even comfy throws in the living room to get cozy on cool nights. It truly felt like home, not just a “rental” with tacky decor and furnishings like so many condos have. Here there was true pride of ownership. It was perfect. "My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect and just as described in the listing. It’s beautifully decorated, with a well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed for making breakfast and coffee every morning. The view from the 6th floor was beautiful. We saw dolphins everyday from the balcony and the beach. We also saw a manatee from the balcony one morning. Which was very unexpected. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants. It was nice to be able to walk across the street to Stewby’s and down the street to Fubar’s. Our hosts were very friendly with great communication. We started out walking to the pier on the beach one morning and it is further than we thought. That was on us we should have mapped that a little better. We have no complaints we would definitely stay again. For anyone staying with children there is also mini golf and ice cream within walking distance also."

"My fiancé, our one year old and I traveled all the way from Michigan. The condo is absolutely beautiful, the hosts are very responsive. There was plenty of space for our daughter to play. "We’d definitely stay here again. The reservation team is fabulous and very helpful.
The condo is nicely updated. It’s lovely to watch the Gulf from the top floor! The kitchen was well-stocked, with even a blender. And the bed was comfy. Love having a W/D.
The unit comes with an umbrella and two beach chairs that can be set up on the beach, which is nice!
However, there were towels put on chairs to “save” them every day at dawn, so we often had to sit far from the water. The worst part is, many of the “saved” chairs were never used all day and sat there empty.
The setup guy lied to us about it, saying people put towels out and he can’t do anything about it. But it turns out that HE was putting the towels out for people who tipped him a lot at the beginning of their stay. (We were told this trick by a repeat renter.)
The garage parking spot is awesome! And the beach is great. Put this on your “stay here” list!"

"If I could give this condo more than 5 stars, I would! As soon as we walked in, we were in love ❤️ The space was clean, fresh, and so welcoming! The view of the beach was amazing and the amenities were exactly as described. We have two young boys, so we were pleasantly surprised to find there were kids plates, bowls, and cups! That paired with the washer/dryer, full sized tub, and bunk beds provided the much needed comfort and convenience when traveling with young kids. I cannot recommend this property enough! There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and stores, jet ski rentals etc. just a five minute drive. And it’s only minutes from the airport. The daily chair and umbrella service on the beach was fantastic! We had an amazing week there!"

"The condo was perfect, the beach service was grand, the food recommendations were on point. Everything was clean and we felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Things we needed were close by. All we wanted to do was relax and go to the beach and that is what we were able to do. That area offers so many restaurants and without all the mad lines.
The building was always very clean and the staff was very attentive a slow elevator and had it going in no time.
Parking was an ease. The pool was always clean. I could go on and on but it is pretty obvious that we loved it all.

"Our stay was amazing!! This was our first big family vacation and we felt right at home in Kristine's condo. Cleanliness is a big item on our list and this condo definitely lived up to our standards. The pictures on the listing were spot on and the view from from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We loved having beach access by simply walking downstairs. Kristine's team was very quick to respond and were very helpful throughout the process. We loved the welcome binder on the counter that listed numerous places to eat in Fort Walton and also surrounding areas. Lots of families there while on our stay so night time was very quiet which is a plus when having younger kids that need to get sleep after a long day on the beach. "I’m scared to tell you how awesome this place was because then it will get booked and I will have trouble getting back in when I want to come back! The room was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The master bed was unbelievably comfortable (what on earth was that heavenly mattress?!). The blinds made the room completely black, no matter the time a day which made much needed rest possible. Everything was so clean and comfortable. We immediately felt at home. The view was immaculate, we were right in the middle of everything! There were a couple restaurants within walking distance, and Destin and groceries was just a very short minute or two drive down the road. We also love that we could walk to the pier, but we felt far enough away that we weren’t dealing with crowds or traffic. Our beach was very spread out and comfortable. We found our new vacation spot for sure! The communication and information from the house was impeccable, couldn’t ask for anything more on their end."

Fantastic view ( top floor of building).
The host was responsive and kind. We loved this place. There was beach service and the guys running it were friendly and super helpful. It was nice to have chairs and an umbrella ready and waiting for us on the beach. Shoutout to Buddy the beach chair guy! Really friendly and he gave us GREAT suggestions for local restaurants.. which we did go to and all we’re fantastic! Kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need! Spacious living room area with nice TV and comfortable furniture. Beds were comfy . Nice towels and linens. Everything was great!
We walked the length of the beach several days..and this location seemed to be the best on the beach!

"We stayed in 606 for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better condo! The location was perfect, it was quiet, check in was perfect considering we didn’t have to talk to anyone. We arrived at 4, used our code and we were good to go after that. It’s so close to so many good restaurants, we walked almost everywhere. We thought about renting a car but honestly decided to Uber everywhere if needed because everything was so close. (We enjoy walking so we we’re fine with this). On the beach, we had beach service, chairs were already laid out for us when we got down. We already talked about when we start a family we will 100% be staying in this condo again. I would rate it 100 stars if I could. This was my first visit to Fort Walton and I said I would never stay anywhere else! It was perfect!"

"I had a wonderful time here with my son and girlfriend. I wanted to take him to beach for the first time for his 3rd Birthday as we live in TX. The first thing I noticed was how clean the condo was for an Airbnb. All the reviews are accurate. The view was great, the convenience of being located right on the beach is even better. All the appliances worked well and the condo kept super cool throughout the day. I was worried about the noise but the condo has quiet hours so if was really quiet after 10pm. Overall, the booking was definitely worth the cost and I was more than satisfied. Plus I got a great tan!!!!"

"This was a great location and the view can not be beat! The condo was very clean, had every cooking utensil you would need and was beautifully decorated. There are only a few restaurants within walking distance but if you don't mind a longer walk, there are several at the boardwalk. We did instacart from the Publix and had groceries delivered the morning after we arrived which was perfect. You can watch the fireworks right off the balcony which was awesome. There are chairs/umbrella provided at the beach for you but if you don't claim them early, they will be gone. We did not have a car and used uber to get around (destin, fort walton marina, boardwalk when raining, airport), the prices were very reasonable (way less than a rental car) and we didn't have to worry about parking/driving. We would come back in a heartbeat, our family of four (kids 15 and 12) had a blast!"

The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and container you could need and beds were very comfortable! Decor is beautifully done and well coordinated. Parking and access to the room is super easy and plenty of spots within walking and driving distance. "Our stay was excellent. Kristine checked in with us because we were late checking in. The condo was just like the photos. View from balcony is terrific! The condo is literally ON the beach. Being on the top floor, I was concerned about waiting for elevators…it was never an issue. We didn’t cook a lot but the kitchen seemed to have all you would need. We really enjoyed our stay!"
