"We had a great stay!! The condo is spacious and comfortable. There are two large balconies, one that offers a glimpse of the ocean. We loved the location of the condo being on the main floor and also close to the parking garage (up two sets of short stairs or via elevator) The beach boardwalk was also very close and convenient, making it only a few minutes to the sand. The host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!"

"We come to Destin every year and this is our favorite place! So much so that we planned our trip dates around this location’s availability, and we hope to stay here next year as well.
Hosts were very responsive. We had a minor issue with the lighting remote at the beginning of our stay and it was resolved within a couple of hours."

"LOVED this place! It exceeded my expectations. The unit had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with beachy fun. It's a very short walk from this unit to the sand (just a couple minutes if you're walking slowly). The property is gated which adds a nice touch of security to the stay. They have covered parking.

"This location was a wonderful stay. This is a gated condo that allows privacy to all the guests in the location. There is a short pier near the pool that delivers you directly on the beach where included with your room, you get 2 chairs and an umbrella. The room was near spotless and comfortably fit 5 guests and could've comfortably fit 6 if needed. It is a bit of a drive fron Destin. Usually taking 25+ mins due to the traffic on the main road. If having an Airbnb host that communicates quickly with you is important I highly recommend Kristine and her team. Any questions I had from booking to check out she was always quick to reply. If you are in the area looking for a nice beach, good restaurants, and want to be further down the beach from Destin this is a perfect location."

"Sparkling clean. That's how I would describe everything about this vacation. This condo was immaculate, spacious and beautiful. The reservation and check-in processes were about as simple and easy as they could possibly be. After a long drive, the no stress check-in was a blessing. Communication with Kristine was almost instantaneous and always helpful. In fact, she was so fast getting back to me about something that I missed the call and had to call her back. I felt kinda silly.
Anyway, we had a wonderful time. As I said , sparkling applies to everything there. That beach is just incredible. The sand is so white and the water is so clear that you feel like you are on a Caribbean island. Even the weather hear is fascinating. We had a short thunderstorm every day. I loved watching them come in off of the Gulf. I will definitely book next summer."

"This is a great place to stay. The condo itself is very spacious, more spacious than I expected from the pictures. They also have oscillating fans for every room, so if you are like me and have to sleep with a fan, you do not have to pack yours! Just make sure that you get down to the beach early to reserve a spot. It is first come, first serve as I was told by the beach service crew. The first day we were unaware and had to wait for others to leave. The second day, we sent one of our party down at 6:30 AM to get a front row seat, but they are reserved for the owners and there were already people waiting to reserve. It was just a completely different experience than any other beach service I have had with other condos."

I am also sorry to hear about your beach service experience - we reached out to them immediately to find out why this happened as we do pay for our guests to each have 2 chairs plus umbrella each day of their stay. The owner of the beach service was very apologetic and said he would talk to all of his crew to make sure something like this never happens again. I can only guess that with the labor shortage, perhaps not everyone was trained fully and properly! I wish you had let me know when you were here and I could have called right then, but just know the next time you come back, this will not be an issue!!

"Great host and a great condo! The location is amazing. It’s an end unit with tons of windows. It’s beautifully decorated and has large televisions in each room. The condo property grounds is very clean and meticulously maintained with lots of amenities. It has good sized pool (5 ft. deep at its deepest), a hot tub that can comfortably fit about 8-10 adults and a separately fenced kids pool (1.5 ft. deep with a splash pad). It has several tennis courts (you’ll need to bring your own equipment) and a small arcade. And its just a short 100-yard walk to a private beach with beach service. Tip: Go out in the morning to claim your chairs and umbrella."

"This is the perfect setting for a beach get-away! We loved the proximity to the beach and how EASY it was to stroll from the condo to the beach. The keyless entry was a big bonus-loved not having to take care of keys/keycards! The condo itself was fantastic! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and the dishes and pots/pans were nice, which mattered a great deal to me as we prepared several meals while we were there. There was plenty of covered parking which was great! We will definitely be back!"
