"The condo was just perfect for our family vacation. Newly renovated, easy beach access with gorgeous views. The living space is very spacious, the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice as well. The bunk beds allowed everyone their own space. The condo is right next to the pool & beach chairs are an added bonus! We will definitely visit again ~"

"Absolutely beautiful condo and a perfect location. I was worried about it being a lot of stairs down to the beach, but it wasn’t bad at all. My husband has had many ankle surgeries and does not like stairs but he had no problems with it."

"We stayed at B101 over the labor day weekend and it was perfect! It had been freshly renovated, was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed there with 4 adults and 6 kids and it fit us perfectly with the bunkbeds being a big hit amongst the kids. We were able to walk out into the grass "backyard" right off the back porch to play soccer and crochet. We were also a 5 minute drive to downtown Rosemary Beach which is perfect for an afternoon ice cream run with the kids. The beach was in pristine condition and was very private. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Would definitely stay again 10/10!"

"Would highly recommend! This condo has a lot of space and is beautifully decorated with views of the gulf despite being on the first floor. We loved being able to walk out the back door and straight to the beach. The location on 30A is close to Publix and many restaurants and shopping. The included beach service of an umbrella and 2 chairs is such a bonus! The only con is hearing the pool noise since it is right outside the exterior wall. We went to the beach so weren’t bothered too much."

"My husband and I wanted a quick beach getaway and we could not have picked a more perfect spot. The location was close enough to nice restaurants, shopping and grocery but felt secluded and the beach was not super crowded like in other areas of 30A.
The unit was recently redecorated with great features-bathrooms, bedrooms and new furniture and lighting. The bed was very comfortable and it’s nice to have King bed options in rental units. I loved the soaker tub and used that to relax in.
The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. We spent many hours outside enjoying the view and breeze and just a quick walk down the path to the beach from this spot! This property also includes 2 chairs and an umbrella for it’s guests which was a very nice feature-no hauling extra items down.
We will definitely be back for another visit and stay longer! I highly recommend this lovely condo as it has 3 full bedrooms and a bunk area for kids!

"The Hosts were wonderful to deal with and the condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. We were steps away from the beach and steps away from the pool. Our kids loved that there was well kept grassy area outside our place so that he could run wild and we loved it because we could sit on the porch and watch him. Rooms were great, a/c was awesome as it was triple digits while we were there and it was completely updated with everything we needed. Would recommend and would stay there again next time!"

"We just stayed at Monterey Magic, had the best time, and wanted to leave a 5 star review! The location of this property cannot be beat with so much to do in close proximity along 30A and seeing the water from the living room every morning immediately relaxes you.
The property was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The communication prior to arrival made the property easy to access and included everything we needed to know about our stay. The helpful tips and additional services offered in advance were much appreciated. We can’t wait to go back!"

"Monterey Magic (B-101) is just that, pure magic! The condo is beautiful and was perfect for our family and a friends family with 5 kids total. The bathrooms are beautifully updated and the kitchen is greatly stocked. We had everything we needed.
The first floor porch is perfect for dinner and letting the kids run around in the grass all while watching the sunset and looking over the most beautiful beach in the world. The condo is right next to the (heated) pool which was very convenient and nice. The beach service with chairs and an umbrellas was the nicest addition to our stay! We did not have to worry about lugging quite as much down to the beach as it was already set up for us!
The condo is on a great location! The beach was not crowded at all. At times, it felt like we had the beach to ourselves! However you are still very close to many fun restraints, shops, and anything you would need. I would very highly recommend a stay here and cannot wait for our next trip to Monterrey Magic!"

"My husband and I loved our stay at Monterey B101! We were visiting the 30A area for our Babymoon, and it was the perfect place to relax before the new addition to our family arrives. The unit was beautifully decorated, had plenty of space for a whole family to enjoy, and provides the perfect view of the ocean. The best part of our visit: the complimentary beach chair service! We loved being able to walk down to the beach and enjoy without lugging a bunch of beach chairs/umbrellas/etc.
The unit and complex are easy to navigate, are very quiet, and is gated for extra security. The area has a lot of wonderful places to eat out, and the unit is also close to a Publix grocery store if you prefer to dine in. The complex has a heated pool, and we enjoyed that seeing as our stay was in the Spring. The unit is on the first floor, easy for unpacking or repacking your vehicle.
Highly recommend staying at B101 Monterey!"
