**The Pelican Beach HOA is replacing the coat/seal on the upper floor and ramp of the parking garage, as well as both tennis courts. This project is expected to begin in December and last 3 months. During this time, the upper parking garage, tennis/pickleball courts, and EV chargers will not be accessible. The covered parking garage will be closed in sections while they work overhead. • Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay.
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST
• Easy self check-in via personalized door code. Guests will check in with the front desk to receive up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 total wristbands. Bring you license plate number. All guests must be present to receive amenity wristbands.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.
