**The Pelican Beach HOA is undergoing an elevator modernization project. They are installing brand new elevators, so there may be periods of delays in using the working elevators. We appreciate your patience while they are making these improvements! **
**The Pelican Beach HOA is replacing the coat/seal on the upper floor and ramp of the parking garage, as well as both tennis courts. This project is expected to begin in December and last 3 months. During this time the upper parking garage, tennis / pickleball courts, and EV chargers will not be accessible. The covered parking garage will be closed in sections while they work overhead. We appreciate your patience while these improvements are being made. **

"We had the best time at Kristine’s beautiful beach condo! The location was perfect for our family, as we have three young boys and being right on the beach was so convenient! We also loved that it was on the second floor and so easy to go back and forth from the pool, beach, and condo. Everything was super easy to find, and Kristine’s detailed information made the check-in/check out process effortless! The condo was very clean, and my boys loved having their own room with the bunk beds! We will definitely be back to stay here in the future!"

"The beach is just steps away from this stunning location. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. The three pools are all exceptionally clean and refreshing. Having the fantastic tiki bar on-site was a great bonus, offering excellent drinks and food. The staff, from check-in to the tiki bar were all exceptional, kind, and helpful. The only improvement I would suggest is providing clear directions on how to use both showers; it's easy once you know, but tricky when you don't. Apart from that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this condo to anyone, and we definitely plan on returning!"

"This place was exactly what we were looking for. Traveled here for spring break with our 3 children in late March. The condo was clean, check in was easy and everything was as described. This building has great amenities. Three large pools (all heated), two hot tubs, tiki bar, workout area and a restaurant/ mini mart. It’s right on the beach and close to restaurants. We would stay again and recommend this condo to friends and family."

"Loved this 2nd floor unit! Easy access to pools, beach, and cafe. Great views of pool and ocean. Location on 2nd floor was nice to use stairs to bypass elevator lines-even with a 4 year old and 2 year old stairs were the way to go. The pelican beach resort had sparkling clean pools even during a busy holiday week. We enjoyed the Tiki Bar and other amenities the resort offered. I would recommend booking the beach chairs/service well in advance to get first-second row, which is what we did and well worth the extra cost.
Overall wonderful unit and quick responses from host with any questions. We did not have any issues during our stay and it was a wonderful vacation. My only recommendation would be for the host to provide beach/pool towels for guests during their stay."

"The place is awesome and well described on the website. We got everything we paid for and then some. The unit itself was clean and inviting. Being on the second floor, it is not very private and very close to all the noise/commotion of the pool/cafe. However, we knew it was on the second floor going into it.
The beach has a lot of rules and the beach chair rental folks are not very helpful/pleasant. They refuse to even answer questions, let alone help, before 9am when they “open”. So if you have littles like me, and go to the beach before 9am, it is a bit of a pain to deal with them.
All in all, the place was outstanding and the host is simply amazing. Quick to answer any questions I had and super quick to respond to any general inquiry. The host is the best I’ve dealt with on AIRBNB and next time I come to Destin, I will specifically look for her rentals.
Thank you for a very memorable vacation with my family. We hope to be back very soon! The beach is top notch. Best I’ve seen!"

"We love this location and have been going for years. This place was clean and convenient. Right in the beach. Lots of food and activities nearby. The beach on this property can get very crowded though. Rows of umbrellas and chairs block the view of the ocean, unless you are renting chairs and umbrella, your stuck in the back, which can get inconvenient with children."
