**The Sterling Shores building will be undergoing a building renovation beginning June 2025 to January 2026. There will be noise and dust during construction hours (typically from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm daily M-F with makeup days on weekends). While the 2nd floor walkway is being repaired (2/11/26 – 2/25/26), there will be no access to the gym. Please do not book this beach condo if the noise will bother you. The rates have been discounted to reflect the inconvenience.**
**The Lagoon Pool will be closed through 2/15/26 (subject to change due to weather delays) for repairs. Please check with us about opening dates! The beach pool will remain open during this time.**

Sterling Shores is a gated, 11-story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines.

"Our first time to Destin and staying in Sterling Shores and we couldn't have picked a better unit. This condo had plenty of space for our family, the kitchen was well stocked and modern, the rooms had the most comfortable beds, the bathrooms so clean and updated, and best of all was the view. Perfectly situated between the buildings overlooking the pool directly to the beach. We could see our beach umbrella being set up in the morning! ha! ha! Would definitely return!"

"The pictures do not do this place any justice! It’s hard to get that much beauty and comfort in a picture. The beds were extremely comfortable, I hadn’t gotten a good nights sleep in a while, until I stayed at this condo! It was so spotless that even the baseboards were clean! The furniture is extremely functional and I love their wraparound couch. The appliances looked all new.. The condo grounds were immaculate as well. I felt very safe on the property. The water is clear blue and the beach is that soft, white sand. . I cannot say enough about this place and I will definitely go back. I’ve stayed in many condos over the years and this one is one of my favorites!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay and the unit was wonderful, clean, nicely updated and well taken care of. We have stayed at Sterling Shores multiple times and this unit was the best we've stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely upgraded and very clean. The balcony was clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. It was nice having a vacuum to help sweep up the beach sand, which seems to get everywhere on a beach vacation.
Though the unit was great, the overall Sterling Shores facility is needing some updating and maintenance. The three elevators are at their end of life, with the one closest to the unit completely out of order and the other two intermittently not working, which is a big concern when staying on the 8th floor. The gates are worn out, paving is broken, and things just need replaced. We love Sterling Shores for its location and beach, but the building needs some work.
All in all, we enjoyed our summer vacation here in Destin."

"Awesome! 5/5; I would stay again! The unit was so very clean; whoever cleaned this unit went over it with a fine-toothed comb. It made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The balcony has an excellent view of the gulf and pool. The balcony is so large and the furniture is new and comfortable. The living room tv is huge! I enjoyed that they had cable since I don’t know how to stream shows. The couch was comfy and there were 2 recliners that were leather as well, and also comfy. The bathrooms are huge. The master bed is comfortable; we didn’t use the other bed. The kitchen looks beautiful with a nice, large refrigerator and many kitchen items. There’s not really a designated pantry, but anyone could make it work with their groceries. Washer and dryer in unit. The bedroom tvs are also big. Access to beach and pool are EASY! There are umbrellas and chairs for rent, and if you bring your own, they just have to be set up behind the rentals, which is not bad at all! ❤️🙂👍"

"This place was amazing and the perfect spot to relax for the week. The communication leading up to arrival answered every question I had and made check-in a seamless process. The pictures don't do this place justice. Everything was neat and in perfect condition not to mention the balcony was the perfect place to wind down after a day at the beach and pool. Our 3 little ones did NOT want to leave! 10/10 would recommend for families or just couples wanting to get away for a few days. Everyone in the building was super nice and the noise from the pool and surrounding areas was non-existent. We'll definitely be back!!"
