**The Sundestin Beach Resort is undergoing a building renovation. There will be noise and dust during construction hours (typically from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm daily M-F with makeup days on weekends). The outdoor pool (not heated), outdoor hot tub, fitness center and Sea Store are open. The splash pad, indoor pool and Phat Fish Restaurant are closed. SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. We had a fantastic stay at Room 1704 in Sundestin Beach Resort! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The view from the 17th floor was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of our trip.
The location is perfect: right on the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, but still peaceful and relaxing. The resort amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, beach access, and snack bar) were a big bonus, especially for families.
Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and professional. We felt right at home. Highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable, beachfront getaway in Destin. We’d definitely come back!"

"Todo estaba tan limpio y bien decorado ame esa estadia ademas de que tuve una hermosa vista que Kristin me concedio y fue súper extraordinario ya q hace dos años fui a panama city y no me concedieron esa vista, esta vez Kristine me puso con vista al mar en el piso 17, el bar muy bien los aperitivos de bar tambien estan bien lo unico es q cierran a las 9 creo q eso es muy temprano pero de ahi en fuera mi estadia fue genial, definitivamente vuelvo y lo recomiendo"

We were actually looking at a different place that didn’t work out and Kristine suggested this one that checked all the boxes of what I was looking for after I messaged her. She was very responsive and flexible. This unit was originally showing as not available during the times I had selected as they were working on the A/C unit and she was able to change that so that we could stay here. Thanks for being flexible Kristine! Our stay was short but we thoroughly enjoyed waking up to that great ocean view each morning plus the proximity to the beach. Also, the king bed was very comfortable so that was good."

"These ladies were absolute lifesavers. We arrived to our original condo on the beach in Destin through another company and it was not able to be stayed in for a week due to black mold. We left and went to dinner and got on Airbnb and found a Unit these ladies had. I contacted them to see if it was available and within 5 mins I got a yes response. I told her our situation and we would probably be taking it and would let them know shortly once original company confirmed my refund. I asked them how quick it could be used that evening and I was told quickly. She wasn’t kidding. Once I reserved it, it was a done deal in 20 minutes and they contacted the front desk to advise them of the rental. Unit was clean and updated. We were on the 17th floor on the beach with a great view. We watched multiple dolphins for about an hour 5 of our 7 mornings there while we drank coffee on the balcony. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I’ll definitely try to rent from them in the future."

"This condo is a wonderful place to stay! The balcony view is incredible and being steps from the beach is priceless. We enjoyed the pools and convenience shop in the lobby. The king bed is very comfortable! The kitchen had all the tools needed to cook a few meals during our stay. Our only complaint was that the shower was not very clean and there was no way to use the tub (we had a toddler that needed a bath!) I’m sure these things will be remedied!"
