The condo is located smack dab in the heart of Destin offering easy access to all of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment the Emerald Coast is known for! There are so many activities to enjoy, including:
✔ Private Beach Access: A pristine stretch of white sand and emerald green water!
✔ Central Destin location with many shops and restaurants and seasonal fireworks shows!
✔ Fun times with easy access to The Back Porch, Big Kahunas Waterpark, The Track, Uncle Bucks Bowling, and more!

HOUSE RULES TERRACE AT PELICAN BEACH
• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay. (ID will be checked by the front desk)
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST
• Easy self check-in via personalized door code. Guests will check in with the Pelican Beach front desk to receive up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 total wristbands. Bring your license plate number. All guests must be present to receive amenity wristbands. (Do not unload at the Pelican building!)
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.
