"Overall we had a great stay! This townhome is within walking distance to the public beach access and several restaurants/shopping which was so great! The home itself was very spacious, clean and great for four adults and three kids. I do feel like I need to mention the pool area. We booked this place specifically because it had a pool and my kids love pool time just as much as beach time. The pool chairs were all broken and dirty. The pool itself and the area around it was dirty and we didn’t even feel comfortable swimming in it. This was a letdown but we enjoyed the beach every day instead. There is also construction going on nearby which is not disclosed in the listing and one morning I was awake at 5:30am listening to loud construction. Like I said the home itself is incredible, but these are things to be aware of before booking."

Thank you for your kind words about the home and location! I'm sorry the pool area and nearby construction caused some disruption. While pool upkeep is managed by the community, I'll share your feedback with them and ask if they can replace the pool chairs! We do our best to inform guests about construction, but we are not informed by neighboring 30A communities when they are doing work. (Walton County does have a noise ordinance so noise will never be at night) I hope you still enjoyed the beach and had a relaxing stay overall!

"Great stay! Super walkable which was convenient for our 2 families with small children! Didn’t have to pile into the car everyday to get to the beach / restaurants. The home itself was beautiful and spacious! Hosts were attentive and kind to what we needed."

"The place was great! Lots of stairs, but not an issue for us. Wish the pool was taken care of a little better, it could’ve been cleaned more often and all the chairs there were broken. But, we took down our own beach chairs to use. Also, wish we had a view of ocean from rooftop. But both of those things are not any fault of the townhouse owner, more the complex it was in!"
