HOUSE RULES
• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay.
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST. You will find 6 wristbands in the condo for amenity use. Replacement bands are $25/each if not left upon departure.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.
