• "Stay Salty" is ideally located on Okaloosa Island offering a lower density beach vacation. There aren’t any high rises on OKI, so no more fighting for space or sitting in the 5th row! There are so many activities to enjoy, including:
• Okaloosa Island Beach: A pristine stretch of white sand and emerald green water offering parasailing, pontoon & jet-ski rentals, and a fishing pier!
• The Boardwalk with many shops and restaurants, beach volleyball, and a fishing pier + seasonal fireworks shows!
• Wild Willys Adventure Zone - Features go-karts, mini-golf, bumper rides, and more, catering to family fam!
• Destin – Just a short drive away you can spend the day enjoying the Harbor, Destin Commons, and a wide variety of shops, restaurants, golf, and spas!
HOUSE RULES
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM CST and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• Parking for up to 2 cars in the open lot

"Kristine & Kim were both very pleasant easy to communicate with. The place is very cozy so close to the pool and the beautiful beach. Very clean, easy to find and you can park right in front the door. Everything we need is easy accessible. Check in and out was so easy. "We had a fantastic time staying here. The condo was exactly what you need for a beach vacation. The beach was a short 2-3 min walk away (and very safe to get to). The pool was not crowded and offered a shower for returning from the beach. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in FW or Destin."

"Our original bnb fell through night of checking in. Reached out to this host at 10pm and she responded right away had us to do check to ensure I was over twenty five followed by payment and she immediately sent us all of the information for check in. We were in room and sat down sorting out our failed bnb within 30 minutes. This was an amazing host with amazing rental. It was clean, spacious, and so close to the beach, bit such an affordable price for those budgeting. I loved the binder in the unit that gave us local food for fort walton and destin, things to do, and tips/rules for our stay. This host makes lodging the simplest part of your vacation."

"The condo is fabulous! It was very clean and easy to get to the beach. It is not on the beach but it is walkable and very easy to get to. The part of the beach the condo sit by is not crowded. We loved it! Great get away if you so t want to be in the beach crowds."

"Condo was absolutely perfect. Very close to the beach. Very nice pool was about 20 ft outside the back door super easy access. Can't say enough about cleanliness of the condo and how nice and comfortable it was. Access to the beach was very easy. This place is a hidden gem.
We had a different kind of ready but AC had gone out. Luckily we found this one and couldn't be more pleased. The other condo had a very nice beach view, but the amenities and the conduit so held in comparison to how nice this one was inside. It just felt really comfortable and homey."
