"This condo is lovely and located slightly off the beaten path providing tranquility though there is a lot to do within walking distance. The condo was clean, recently decorated with understated, tasteful, comfortable furnishings. The view is excellent being at the top of a bluff though on the bottom floor provided an unobstructed, and private, view of the beach. The hosts are friendly, not demanding, communicating concisely and clearly all information that was necessary. Compared to other rental hosts, they are warm and welcoming, and made the check out process simple with only a few tasks to complete. Kind communication goes a long way in the experience."

"This was our first time in Santa Rosa Beach and we enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and just as pictured. Comfortable for our group of 5. It’s in a nice neighborhood with easy access to surrounding areas with the golf cart, bikes, or walking. Neighborhood felt really safe. The home was very clean. The only negative for our group was the lack of higher quality cookware. The addition of a tea kettle would have been thoughtful as well. Overall, a quality home in a great location."

"We found this Kristine's Airbnb at the very last minute after we ran into some big issues with our Vacasa reservation, which left us scrambling to find a new place right after we checked in. She saved the day! The space was so lovely, with a fully stocked kitchen and very cozy bed. She was very responsive and the location is fantastic. Clean, comfortable, easy to find and spacious.
