"Can't beat the view! It was great to sit on the balcony and sip coffee in the early morning. It was awesome to be so close to the beach with acces to three pools. The beach has a big box of toys and some floaties, so check there before buying your own. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools. The unit was worn with visible nail holes throughout, small drywall damage, and scuffed baseboards. The king beds were great, but they were tight in the rooms. The main living area was plenty spacious for us (4 adults and 2 babies). The building was easy to navigate and the staff was very friendly. Great proximity to grocery shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, we had a great time here."

"This was the perfect condo for our little gateway! The host was responsive and always attentive to our needs. It was placed in the perfect location, it was very peaceful. It had a beautiful view of the beach, and was decorated to make you feel like you were right at home! It was far enough away from the tourists spots, but also close enough if you wanted to visit them! Destin was only 7 miles away. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would recommend this place to anyone!"

"This condo was perfect for us! We go to Destin every year and we bring our boat so it’s super nice to have our own boat slip. There was one minor issue on the day of check in with our refrigerator being out, but the problem was taken care of before we even checked in that afternoon. Kristine communicated so well, and took care of everything before we even had to ask questions and they even left a sweet treat in the mini fridge that was provided. We will 100% be staying at this condo again in the future if she will have us!"

"My wife wanted easy beach access with truly a view of the ocean. This spot of Miramar Beach is a hidden gem. Not much traffic from surrounding beach buildings. Residents of these condos are low key. Made for a peaceful trip"

"Kristine's place was very clean and the views from the balcony was AMAZING. Just a few suggestions about the bedding, the bed definitely needs a mattress cover, sheets that fit too. The stove needs to be leveled because cooking became an issue. Not sure is the dishwasher worked because it wouldn't close. Overall, the place was nice, just need some updating in the studio."

"Enjoyed my stay at Kristine’s condo. I LOVE the beach, and just randomly decided to ride down to Destin. The condo was clean, the area was quiet, and the views were amazing!! Enjoyed how I could just sit on the balcony and listen to the sounds of the waves, while enjoying the view. The resort is so nice! This is my 2nd time staying at Pelican Beach Resort, the staff there is so polite. I definitely had a nice time."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect and just as described in the listing. It’s beautifully decorated, with a well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed for making breakfast and coffee every morning. The view from the 6th floor was beautiful. We saw dolphins everyday from the balcony and the beach. We also saw a manatee from the balcony one morning. Which was very unexpected. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants. It was nice to be able to walk across the street to Stewby’s and down the street to Fubar’s. Our hosts were very friendly with great communication. We started out walking to the pier on the beach one morning and it is further than we thought. That was on us we should have mapped that a little better. We have no complaints we would definitely stay again. For anyone staying with children there is also mini golf and ice cream within walking distance also."
