"Kristine’s place was very central and we loved having access to the beach. It was very nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella ready for us. The only complaint I have (which is out of anyone’s control) is that there were tiny roaches that would come out at night. Apart from that, I would rebook with Kris whenever I’m in Destin!"

"Overall a decent experience only problem was they don’t have enough chair and umbrellas to accommodate all guest. We had to go out and buy our own, that was a extra that we didn’t budget to spend. Was hard for us to enjoy the balcony with the neighbors smoking marijuana on their balcony day and night. Sand still all over the floor upon our arrival, should have been gotten up of floors were mopped well. The condo itself was decorated nicely, great air, but unfortunately would not book again."

"The view from the condo is terrific! Location and access to the beach is very convenient. If you're looking to be in the heart of everything, you have it with this condo. We prefer less congested type area so it wasn't ideal for us. We enjoyed our stay but didn't think the overall value was in line with what the condo offered. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the supplies you may need. However, the dryer could stand to be replaced. Little things like more towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper can make a big difference when daily housekeeping isn't offered. I wouldn't expect these things if I was paying $150 per night but if you're paying double, then your expectation goes up. Make sure you ask questions at check in surrounding wrist bands and if bringing chairs to the beach; know the rules."

"We loved our stay! How amazing is it to have reserved beach space along with your reservation! The space was a deal, waterfront with a great unobstructed view of the ocean. The kitchen is newly remodeled and filtered water in the fridge door which was a plus! Walking distance to multiple food places too. Will definitely be returning!!!"

We recommend eating at Stewby’s (the market and restaurant across the street were both amazing. Make sure to get there early- line gets long). Kristine was flexible with the changes due to coronavirus. Would highly recommend staying here!"
