"Monterey Magic (B-101) is just that, pure magic! The condo is beautiful and was perfect for our family and a friends family with 5 kids total. The bathrooms are beautifully updated and the kitchen is greatly stocked. We had everything we needed. The first floor porch is perfect for dinner and letting the kids run around in the grass all while watching the sunset and looking over the most beautiful beach in the world. The condo is right next to the (heated) pool which was very convenient and nice. The beach service with chairs and an umbrellas was the nicest addition to our stay! We did not have to worry about lugging quite as much down to the beach as it was already set up for us! The condo is on a great location! The beach was not crowded at all. At times, it felt like we had the beach to ourselves! However you are still very close to many fun restraints, shops, and anything you would need. I would very highly recommend a stay here and cannot wait for our next trip to Monterrey Magic!"

"Priceless view from the balcony!! Beautiful ocean view overlooking the pool. Saw dolphins several times! Sat on the balcony & could easily keep an eye on our 2 older teenagers while they swam in the pool or used the hot tub. Thankful condo is on the 2nd floor. Easily walked up & down the steps to get to the very close beach access if we didn’t want to use the elevator. It was decorated beautifully just like the pictures! Loved the colors & decorations! It was very important to me that it was clean & spotless! Totally updated! We stayed a full week & had clean clothes & fresh dry towels thanks to the full sized washer & dryer! Couldn’t have lived without them! Felt spoiled to have free beach service! Enjoyed the 2 chairs & umbrella! We are excited to visit again!!"

"My husband and I loved our stay at Monterey B101! We were visiting the 30A area for our Babymoon, and it was the perfect place to relax before the new addition to our family arrives. The unit was beautifully decorated, had plenty of space for a whole family to enjoy, and provides the perfect view of the ocean. The best part of our visit: the complimentary beach chair service! We loved being able to walk down to the beach and enjoy without lugging a bunch of beach chairs/umbrellas/etc. The unit and complex are easy to navigate, are very quiet, and is gated for extra security. The area has a lot of wonderful places to eat out, and the unit is also close to a Publix grocery store if you prefer to dine in. The complex has a heated pool, and we enjoyed that seeing as our stay was in the Spring. The unit is on the first floor, easy for unpacking or repacking your vehicle. Highly recommend staying at B101 Monterey!"

"I stayed in Unit 413 for a week in January, 2025 along with my girlfriend and her parents. We had a fantastic stay!! The unit was super clean and comfortable! Her parents took the master bedroom, and we used the foldout couch. It was surprisingly comfortable! The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The parking was super convenient and so was the elevator/trash. The view was amazing and we really enjoyed our time on the balcony and beach. We appreciated that the owner had left some beach chairs in the unit that we were able to borrow. My girlfriend loved the fresh and clean look of the decorating. We will definitely be back!"

"Our vacation at Sterling Shores Destin #204 did not lack a thing. The condo is beautifully furnished, completely stocked with all the necessities, and sparkingly clean that made us so comfortable. Everything is exactly as advertised and you cannot get a better location to the beach, fine dining, fun activities, and beautiful sunsets. The guest experience is second to none, this is the only "Destin"ation I will book from now on. Already booked our next visit!!"

"Although the weather for Florida beaches can be unpredictable the end of November, our group of ladies really lucked out! We stayed at Sea Drift which had amazing views of the beautiful emerald Gulf waters. The white sandy beaches were only steps away - we absolutely loved the location! The condo was decorated tastefully and had every convenience for us. It was also very clean, which I really appreciated. The space worked well for a girls' trip but would also be great for families. It apparent that Sea Drift and the Gulf Dunes complex, including swimming pools and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Our group of gals will definitely return!"
