"The condo, located in a beautiful building, had the most extraordinary views of the ocean from the 19th floor. It was tastefully and beautifully decorated and very clean. Kristine was extremely responsible to every question I had, didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes to hear back from her. Excellent location in Destin, excellent condo on a beautiful beach and excellent host. Highly recommend!"

"Kristine’s place is perfect for a family getaway. Too often we find juvenile sleeping arrangements, but this trip everyone was happy with their comfortable king beds! Additionally, it was so nice to be in a newly renovated space that feels like brand new. The location is absolutely perfect right on the beach with a stunning view of the ocean and sunset. There are also several restaurants with casual options for fish fare. We had a great time and will be back!"

"We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and it was absolutely wonderful! The view from the condo was absolutely gorgeous and being able to walk right outside onto the beach was fantastic. "The good: 1. Great view 2. Updated fixtures The bad: 1. The master bed is soft and uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the the hallway bunk. 2. The refrigerator handle was broken when we Arrived. The middle shelf in the refrigerator Is not safe to set heavy items on. 3. There only closet in the unit was had a broken Broken chair and vacuum in it that limited our Closet space. 4. Master bedroom is right across from elevator Door so you hear anyone coming out of Elevators when you are sleeping."

"Kris' place is amazing! Perfect for myself and and my family. Loved being able to access the beach and pool so easily. Every room has its own bathroom, which is great for multi family members (or friends) that stay together but want their own private bathroom. The balcony was great. We sat out there every morning and evening watching the dolphins (and people). Close restaurants and shopping. We will book again!"

"Great location within Destin. Updated “modern” decor makes the condo very comfortable. The host was quick to resolve any issues. About the Resort...if you have children and want to keep an eye on them while they play in the ocean, reserve 2 chairs and an umbrella for one of the front 3 rows. Do this as early as possible due to them filling up quick! If you don’t reserve and they are sold out, you have to setup behind all of the rows and sit in the back. The facility also has bird issues on the balconies. They don’t bother you, in fact, we had a little guy staying perched on top of the outside light nightly. As long as you don’t mess with them, they won’t mess with you."

Everything that they provided lasted us our entire trip (4 nights). Love the modern decor, it’s such a cozy place!! Do not hesitate on Stewbys across the street, we ate there every night, they have so much to offer from the restaurant to the market."

"Likes: Great location! In walking distance of several restaurants and a short drive to anything else. The views were phenomenal! There was plenty of storage spaces for clothes, etc. Well stocked with dishes and kitchen supplies. The condo had a huge, nice fridge. There were two toilets, which would be great for families. Elevator was very close to the door so it made unloading the car a breeze. The air system and two fans kept it a cool, comfortable temperature. Very nice tv’s and Alexa was a nice touch. Dislike: I feel like the condo was a bit more outdated than described. The sliding door would not lock. There is a very confusing set of light switches that take getting used to. The king mattress was comfortable, but had some situation doing on underneath it. It kept falling of the frame and the box brings didn’t meet in the middle. The twin beds had super thin mattresses with a thin memory foam layer. I would not recommend them to anyone over the age of 10. Had a bit of trouble with the dishwasher, I think it may be controlled by one of the light switches. There was a damaged outlet cover omg he bedroom and the outlet that the dishwasher was plugged into was not covered or secured. Also, the shower was long but very narrow. I don’t feel like the dislikes are major for this stay. They are major mixes that coan make a major difference. I highly recommend this stay!"

"The condo was super. Great Gulf views. Every bedroom has a king sized bed and it’s own bathroom. The condo felt itself felt very modern as all the appliances were new. We would definitely stay here again. If I absolutely had to nitpick a problem, I would say the cleanliness of the elevator could have been a little better. Overall, an excellent condo and we will definitely stay again."
