"Stayed the week of 4th of July. Great location nice condo well decorated and plenty of space for 8. Love the patio the rocker swivel chairs and the view of the ocean from it. Lots of amenities!"

"This place is as pictured and spacious. Convenient to grocery stores and shopping area. About a 5-10 min drive to beaches. 15-20min (no traffic) 40 min (traffic) drive to Destin for boardwalk and crab island boat rentals. The beaches are a legit 20min walk from the place. The shuttle ONLY takes you to Pompano Joes Beach- not all the listed. Overwhelmingly, There are lots of rules to follow here and instructions once you sign their rental agreement. No condiments- spices-oils or basic kitchen items. No golf carts allowed in this neighborhood. Their starter kit is minimal with trash bags and soaps. Upon our arrival the bbq grill needed propane and Kristine was prompt to bring another. The kitchen teflon pans/pots were damaged and they replaced during our stay with a new ceramic set. There was dog feces along the driveway which they claimed wasn’t their responsibility to clean, however it should be as you could step in it when exiting the vehicle. Overall, I may stay here again."

"The apartment is beautiful and very well conserved and clean. The Resort building itself is highly populated and there are 4 elevators always busy, but it was not a problem to us, only when you are checking out... and people are going down to the beach. Hosts were wonderful and answered very promptly. But one thing kept my attention, when we arrived, there was a friendly and calm atmosphere with the TVs turned on a calm channel, it was great! We loved! For sure we will be back., Thanks !!"

"My family and I were so happy with this condo! There’s a bit of construction going on across the entire building (June 2025) which caused some hesitation when booking it, but outside of aesthetics from the general building, it really wasn’t a hindrance at all. ZERO complaints about the condo overall. The two bedrooms are very separate from each other and from main living areas which gave us a lot of great privacy. The condo was clean and the beds were some of the comfiest out of all of the airbnbs I’ve stayed in (soft). The unit itself is situated in a very convenient part of the overall building & the reserved parking space was probably the best in the lot. Not specific to how this Airbnb is run, but the pool and beach access is not at all wheelchair accessible. There are thankfully elevators all across the buildings though. Lastly, the hosts were incredible! They are some of the most organized and proactive hosts (if not the most organized & proactive) hosts we’ve ever worked with."

"The place was great! Lots of stairs, but not an issue for us. Wish the pool was taken care of a little better, it could’ve been cleaned more often and all the chairs there were broken. But, we took down our own beach chairs to use. Also, wish we had a view of ocean from rooftop. But both of those things are not any fault of the townhouse owner, more the complex it was in!"
