The kids loved the 2 pool locations as well as the private beach access area. We will definitely be talking to Kristine about renting this listing again . "we loved the place we will most likely stay there again but i need for her too call me about me not being able to stay the 1st night because i didn't receive my email until the next day and had to stay in a motel 6 until i receive the email after i emailed Kristine at about 12:30 am on the June 27 me check in was June 26 we arrived at 12:05 am on June 27 and didn't have the codes i rechecked my email and never received them prior to the June 27th"

"We enjoyed our family vacation in this condo! The condo was clean and met all of our needs. The condominium is small, which we liked. The room is on the 2nd floor and near the stairwell, which was helpful getting to and from the beach. There is not a convenient location to rinse the sand off your feet/things, so that was a bummer. We traveled with a toddler and an infant and with that we noticed a few things I wanted to mention for other families traveling with littes… The condo is equipped with dinnerware for adults. I would recommend bringing your own plates, bowls, cups, etc for your children. Also, the chairs on the patio are a safety hazard for children, so we moved them far away from the railing. There are pretty, breakable items that we moved for safe keeping. Otherwise, We loved the free beach service and the short walk to the beach. We ordered from Stewbies multiple times and it was great. We also LOVE The Gulf. It’s family friendly and always fun! Thanks for the stay!"

"This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 4 children with us between ages of 7 and 15 and all had a blast. Location was close to everything and right on the beach. Kids also enjoyed the pool! Host was wonderful and responsive. We will be back!"

"The condo and the view look just like the pictures. Amazing view of the beach! There is not a high rise unit next to this side of the Pelican Resort, so that enhances the view from this unit. My family loved the living room area. The furniture felt new and updated. We would definitely return to this unit for future trips to Destin!"

"This condo was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. It was a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach, super doable for our 3 and 5 year old. The provided beach cart was very helpful for transporting our items. We rented beach chairs from the beach service but spent most of our time by the water with the littles. We had no issues with security or the beach rental company, just be respectful and they shouldn’t bother you. The kids loved the different pools and the pool in the Terrace building was a little quieter and nice to swim in at night! We felt safe at this property and would definitely recommend it for families looking to stay in the area."

"Our little family loved staying here! Having the onsite restaurant and shop was so convenient. At the time of our stay, there was construction on going at the building, but nothing that affected where we were or our views. We had perfect views of the beach. The most awesome part was the on site restaurant will deliver to your beach chair while you’re on the beach! The room itself was very nice, AC worked well! We never had a wait at any elevator. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!"
