"The condo is very nicely put together, and clean enough that you may think you're the first guests. The chairs and bed were very comfortable. As the condo is on level 2 we rarely used the elevator, but when we did the wait times were ok. We liked that the building was smaller, and that the beach wasn't at all crowded during our stay. Parking was never an issue. We didn't use the pool or grill area, but it looked well kept. Overall an extremely nice experience; would consider renting it again."

"The condo was great! Great view even though it's not directly on the beach. Great location, within walking distance to many amenities. Don't skip the Pelican Cafe! they have great breakfast and lunch. Kristine was an excellent host, providing clear instructions for checking in and out. We'd definitely look at this condo again when back in Destin."

"This is our third year at Water’s Edge and our favorite condo! Love the modern coastal decor and all of the kitchen, bath and linen amenities and small comfort touches. We had the best time with downstairs pool beach front. So easy to carry all of the kids things and switch activities during the day and convenient and lovely cool condo to come back to and rest for the next fun day or enjoy the gorgeous views of the gulf from the balcony. Would definitely rent again!!"

We slept amazing in the king bedroom and our 3 kids were more than accommodated with the additional sleeping options. The room itself was the perfect location! Still a beautiful view but easily stair accessible…we raved about its convenience often throughout our 6 night stay. The resources available in the condo were so helpful and the communication/information via messages was thorough and appreciated! We hope to return again soon! Thank you!"
