"We enjoyed our time here as a family of 5. It never felt too crowded and the view from the balcony was stunning. Being so close to the elevator made it super easy to get to the beach. It was very clean and having a washer/dryer was very convenient. Everyone slept well on the bed, bunk beds and pull out coach. Having the chairs and umbrella set up was a big plus but they did fill up quick. Lots and lots of places to see fireworks from the front hallway on the 4th of July as well as on the beach every Wednesday in summer. It was noisy at the pool most evenings with people bringing speakers for music but you couldn’t hear it at all from the condo! Appreciated how sound proof it was"

"The beach is just steps away from this stunning location. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. The three pools are all exceptionally clean and refreshing. Having the fantastic tiki bar on-site was a great bonus, offering excellent drinks and food. The staff, from check-in to the tiki bar were all exceptional, kind, and helpful. The only improvement I would suggest is providing clear directions on how to use both showers; it's easy once you know, but tricky when you don't. Apart from that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this condo to anyone, and we definitely plan on returning!"

"The communication with the hosts was great, the condo was clean and as described, and the view was beautiful. Although I am giving a 5 start review, it is for the condo and hosts only. I will never return to the resort. It was dirty, somewhat run down and very crowded. The beach situation was the most unpleasant of anything. The company that the resort has running the umbrella and chair rental sets up 5 (!!) rows of chairs and umbrellas and over 1/2 were not being used! We rented an umbrella and chairs before arrival, but unless you do so months in advance, you will be stuck many rows back with zero view of the ocean. You are not allowed to even have your own chair near the water. There are security guards roaming looking for people who might have done this. If you have your own umbrella or chairs, you must be behind all 5 rows of chairs and umbrellas. Resorts on both sides are the same, so there is nowhere to go. It ruined the trip since we love being on the beach near the water!"

"The overall experience at the property was quite good, albeit with a few considerations. Firstly, the check-in process could benefit from clearer instructions, especially regarding the location and procedure, which was a bit confusing. Simplifying the information for parents with children would be helpful, given the barrage of questions we faced. Secondly, the accessibility to amenities like the tiki bar, pool, and beach area was a bit challenging with a young child in tow, something that future guests may want to keep in mind. On the positive side, the condo itself was delightful. It boasted stunning views, was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and well-equipped for cooking, making our breakfasts on the balcony a daily pleasure. One notable downside was the lack of shade at the pool adjacent to our building, which limited our time there with our baby. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider returning with our family."

"Our family came together at Miramar Beach. The condo was perfect for us. Short walk across sky bridge to the beach, on-site restaurant, and pool. The condo was nicely decorated, plenty of room for the seven of us. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Lots of pool and beach toys provided."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay in unit #140. It was fabulous being just steps away from the gorgeous beach! Every day was a great day for us! There was construction going on in the unit next to us, but we were at the beach most of the day so it wasn’t that bad of a nuisance. Also our feet did turn black from the hardwood. I would definitely recommend wearing shoes in the condo. Overall our family vacation was a blast!"

This place was super roomy for our family of 6 and gorgeous. Loved the decor and music playing on the tvs when we arrived. So many special touches here!"

"A must when visiting Destin, would recommend. Very clean condo and clear instructions to everything we needed. Host was quick to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Absolutely loved the “Happy Birthday” personalized message on a dry erase board when we arrived. This rental has it all, we traveled lightly and just bought groceries. We will definitely be staying here again."

"Great place to stay with a lot of extras in the condo. Definitely suggest checking in before you go to the store for your beach needs. They had coolers, chairs, spices for cooking and a basket of beach towels to use. Great location on the beach with easy boardwalk access. We didn't have many questions, but Kristine answered anything we asked within 30 minutes or so... We had a great time!!!"
