"This was our first time staying at the Pelican Resort and we loved it! Everything in the description and photos matched exactly. The check-in process was painless with nice friendly front desk staff who offered to answer any questions we had. Kristine's great pre-check-in emails were so informative, we really didn't have any questions though! The unit was clean, nicely decorated in coastal/casual, exactly what you would expect for a beachfront condo. Bedrooms are spacious with a bathroom for each. There is plenty of free parking, easy access to the elevators and lots of space everywhere. There is a convenient Cafe on the ground floor with plenty of breakfast and lunch options. I would highly recommend this property for families looking for reasonably priced condo options on the beach in Destin!"

"Great stay! Possibly the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The view is spectacular and the building was calm and quiet. The back deck felt private and I did not hear any of the other neighbors while inside the condo which is a huge plus. The walk to the beach is much shorter than some of the surrounding condos we have stayed at. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!"

The pool was not crowded and offered a shower for returning from the beach. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in FW or Destin."

"Canadian here… this was my first time to this part of Florida and I was not disappointed! Stayed for 5 days/4 nights in late May! The unit looks just like it does in the pictures! The decor is cheerful and beach themed. Love the kitchen - had everything I needed to make light and fresh meal. Bed was super comfy and bathrooms were nice and clean! The balcony is perfect to eat your meals and watch the waves roll in! The beach is right there! Took advantage of the beach service (2x chairs and 1x umbrella) and sat and enjoyed the Gulf and hot sun! Extra perk is that the restaurant next door serves this area too! You can order alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage and food and have it delivered right to your beach chair. Everything you need is a short drive away… Restaurants, Grocery stores, Retail stores/outlets, local attractions, etc. If you are reading this, what are you waiting for? Book it! I would book this place in a heartbeat if I’m back in the area! Wonderful hosts! Thank you again!"
