"This condo was awesome! It is gorgeous from front to back! Beautifully remodeled and nothing left out! Bed and pillows so comfortable! My husband and I loved having our own separate sink/toilet areas, each apart from the shower area. Great idea!!! Kitchen and living area were modern, pretty and comfy! We had our tea/coffee every morning on the balcony with gorgeous views of the beach. Pool and beach were just a few steps away from our condo so we had little reason to leave and only did just a couple of times. We came for rest and relaxation and that’s just what we got! We’ll be back 🩵"

"We loved staying at this condo for our time in Destin! The condo is in the first floor and near the walkway to the tiki bar, pool, and private beach. The hosts were very responsive and the condo was very clean. There were plenty of toiletries for the two of us and the check out was simple and easy. We would absolutely come back and book with this company again at any other locations they manage."

"We were all tickled with Kristine's place. We dined in for our entire stay. We were delighted with the completely stocked kitchen that made cooking easy/fun. And of course we loved the casualness of sitting on our own balcony to enjoy a GREAT view while we sipped our drinks and ate. The location was terrific too. We played putt-putt right across the street, grabbed our favorite coffees easily each morning, etc. We hope to stay here again in the very near future!"

"Our original bnb fell through night of checking in. Reached out to this host at 10pm and she responded right away had us to do check to ensure I was over twenty five followed by payment and she immediately sent us all of the information for check in. We were in room and sat down sorting out our failed bnb within 30 minutes. This was an amazing host with amazing rental. It was clean, spacious, and so close to the beach, bit such an affordable price for those budgeting. I loved the binder in the unit that gave us local food for fort walton and destin, things to do, and tips/rules for our stay. This host makes lodging the simplest part of your vacation."

Beautiful gulf ocean views with a massive patio including two Adirondack chairs, a patio table with four high top chairs, and a bar top with two more chairs overlooking the gulf view. Our biggest hassle was overpacking and having to move our items from the vehicle to the condo. That's saying something. I'd rent this place and from Kristine again in a heartbeat!"

"Kristine’s place was awesome!!! Everything we needed was right there for us and the place was nicely decorated. I don’t think it could’ve been any cleaner, it was pretty spotless. Kristine was very responsive and a great host! The only issue was flooding on the balcony which my husband about slipped on. He used a shop vac from maintenance and got all the water up so it didn’t ruin hanging out on the balcony. We loved our stay and will stay agin definitely!"
