"We come to Destin every year and this is our favorite place! So much so that we planned our trip dates around this location’s availability, and we hope to stay here next year as well. Hosts were very responsive. We had a minor issue with the lighting remote at the beginning of our stay and it was resolved within a couple of hours."

"We had an amazing stay! Jennifer responded back so quickly to every question and concern. The resort looked exactly like the pictures. Very spacious for my family (4 adults and 2 kids). The view had us never wanting to leave. What a peaceful way to wake up every morning. This was our first time in Destin, and when we return we will definitely be staying here again."

"My husband, 2 teenage daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The bottom floor with the patio that leads out to the dune made it so easy to get to the beach. We could easily go back and forth for food, drinks, phone calls, etc. as the stairs that lead down to the beach are just a few steps away. Also, the condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed! The hosts were very responsive, although we didn’t have to ask them for anything during our stay. Everything was just as expected!"

"We loved the condo and felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. Lamps were lit, peaceful music was playing and it smelled like you had walked into a spa. The view is breathtaking with easy beach access. Recommendations were provided for local restaurants and activities. We enjoyed our week here and plan to come back!"

"Overall, this property was exactly as described. Extremely clean and super comfy beds. The decor was updated and well thought through for a beach property. As for location to the beach, it’s a decent walk throughout the property. If you plan on taking chairs, cooler, beach bag, etc. you will want to bring a wagon or something to help assist hauling those items a bit easier. I’d recommend this property, The Inn at Carillon, and the host of the Airbnb!"

"We had reservations at a resort but they had a fire and we had to make new plans last minute. We were lucky to find Kristine’s place available last minute and so pleased with the quick response. The location was great with lots of food choices and shopping located near by. Great view from our room and being in a condo was better than resort with the kitchen and multiple TVs, tons of pillows to choose from . We will be back in the future very comfortable stay !"

"The host made it a wonderful experience! I’m sure she could tell it was our first Airbnb because I had a lot of first timer questions, however, she responded quick, was kind & didn’t seem to mind. Things we liked: -The host! -Family-friendly listing. -This is a first floor property so we did not have to use the elevator. -Parking is efficient. There isn't really a bad spot. -We were able to DoorDash without difficulty to the room. -The beach was really close & it wasn’t a difficult walk for our young family -Beach chair rental -Walking on the beach at night. My children absolutely loved the experience! -The tiki bar has great piña coladas! -Beach chair service. -There was a lifeguard on duty on the beach & security patrol. -This property has a delicious café & a little store. -Our children loved the bunkbeds -Lots of outlets -Clean & tidy -Great location -Comfortable accommodations -This property has great security We hope to stay again soon! We 10/10 recommend this host & condo!"

"Great communication with host! The LOCATION was PERFECT! Restaurant basically on property, candy store and ice cream store basically on property….if you’re looking for a family vacation spot this is perfect. We have a three year old boy and a six year old boy and it was perfect for them, two pool areas (one right ON beach with a tiki hut for adults) Prime time near everything you could want to do while in Destin. We will definitely be back to stay :)"
