"The location of this condo was fantastic and being so close to the beach made it even better! The condo was just as described and had all of the necessary amenities. There was some maintenance work being completed during our stay however the owner communicated this prior to booking and it never interfered with our stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"We have stayed in many rentals over the years and there is always something that can be improved on. When we got to Kristin’s I was amazed at all the attention to detail she has shown. The rental is extremely clean. Linens top notch. Everything I needed in the kitchen was there. It was very well laid out. There were only two of us so we had plenty of room. With more people it might have been a little cramped but we did not experience that. The proximity to the pool and beach was great. TripAdvisor best food in Fort Walton is right across the street. Washer/dryer was very good. Microwave was spotless. WiFi worked perfectly. Beach chairs everyday were great. I cannot say enough good. She thought of everything. You won’t be disappointed. I plan to check out Kristin’s other listings as well."

"Condo was beautifully furnished, and very cozy. Our accommodations were for a week. Would’ve been nice to have dishwasher soap for the length of our stay, an extra roll of paper towels, and something to wash the dishes with. Pool towels were not provided, nor the code to the restrooms by the pool. Beach service is 2 chairs and an umbrella, you can purchase additional seating, or bring your own. The location was exactly what we were looking for, and the small complaints did not hinder us from having a great time."

"The pictures do not do this place any justice! It’s hard to get that much beauty and comfort in a picture. The beds were extremely comfortable, I hadn’t gotten a good nights sleep in a while, until I stayed at this condo! It was so spotless that even the baseboards were clean! The furniture is extremely functional and I love their wraparound couch. The appliances looked all new.. The condo grounds were immaculate as well. I felt very safe on the property. The water is clear blue and the beach is that soft, white sand. . I cannot say enough about this place and I will definitely go back. I’ve stayed in many condos over the years and this one is one of my favorites!!"

"If I could give this condo more than 5 stars, I would! As soon as we walked in, we were in love ❤️ The space was clean, fresh, and so welcoming! The view of the beach was amazing and the amenities were exactly as described. We have two young boys, so we were pleasantly surprised to find there were kids plates, bowls, and cups! That paired with the washer/dryer, full sized tub, and bunk beds provided the much needed comfort and convenience when traveling with young kids. I cannot recommend this property enough! Looking forward to booking again for our next stay 😊"

"Apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. Balcony was perfect with amazing view. Bed very comfortable. We had storms and wind and a chilly week. We had a hard time finding much to do besides shopping. Local food is great. Air Force museum is very cool. Fort Pickens is also very much worth the trip. Make sure you go see the beach out there… not safe for swimming! With better weather this is a perfect place."

"My husband and I really enjoyed this condo. It was a little smaller than the places we normally stay but having the extra bathroom made me forget all about that!! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive during our entire stay. The location is great. We were close to many restaurants and attractions. The resort is undergoing renovations but it didn’t affect our stay. Thanks for being a great host! 😊"

"We very much enjoyed our stay in March. From the welcome sign, to the welcome basket, to communicating as needed through airbnb, everything was great. An added bonus was being able to dry our beach/pool towels each night to have them ready for the morning. Would recommend picking up Stewby's for dinner from across the street and eating it on the balcony before heading down to the beach to watch the sunset. This was a great family trip where we enjoyed the beach, pool, and condo! Thank you for having us."
