"Condo was clean and spacious with great views. Sometimes you don’t know what you are getting from looking at pictures but this did not disappoint. Host were very responsive for my entire stay. I will definitely be back. The resort elevators are really slow but don’t let that take away from how great this place is."

"We just got back from spring break and it was absolutely wonderful. We were 2 families, including 4 kids under 7, and 4 adults. Plenty of space! The bunkie room is tiny but great for kids. The view is incredible, and you can walk to so many things. Stewbys restaurant, and mini golf and ice cream is right across the beach. Additionally we walked to breakfast at Asiagos skillet which is very close by. To walk to the Boardwalk (bars, restaurants, etc) was a bout 20 min in the sand (with little kids). The patio was spacious and spectacular to watch the waves/sunset. On arrival there were many amenities that we thought were not going to be provided, that ended up being there! Great surprise. So wait to go to the grocery store until after you arrive and check out everything that is included. The beach chair set up was wonderful, but they do not have “assigned” chairs. The attendant recommended to place towels on the chairs we wanted, so we did that, no issues. The best beach!! Well b back"

"Our stay at aqua vista was the first time we’ve been to fort Walton/destin. It was perfect! Close to lots of amenities but much less crowded than other areas and very close to all things. Walking distance to Okaloosa boardwalk, fishing pier, and across the street from stewbys (amazing), and the beach service was directly in front of our condo. Easy parking, the building was clean, the house was impeccably clean, comfy beds, and quiet. We would definitely return!"

"Enjoyed staying at this house with some friends of ours. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. It's a very short walk to the heated community pool and walking distance to the beach. Having a kitchen to make our meals and a washer/dryer to use was great. We were there during spring break, so it was definitely a lively neighborhood. Communication with hosts was excellent... they were always very friendly and responsive."

"For Our Family of 8 this Beach Condo with Magnificent Views of the Gulf was Exceptional! We Loved the Dual Access to the Patio from the Master Bedroom and Living Room. Very Spacious with each bedroom having a full sized bathroom Comfortably accommodating every Guest. Our Concerns were AC and Blankets for all the family members, but the AC worked flawlesly and more than enough Blankets for everyone. We Loved the Sleep Number Beds and the Sofa Pull out Bed was also a Plus. Beautifully Decorated with a Fully Equipped Kitchen with Cookware, Air Fryer, Coffee Maker and Utensils. The Lighting in the Bathrooms with Bluetooth Capability was a plus as well! Easy Access to the Beach. Also Pool Access which was heated. Great Location to Restaurants, Grocery Stores, and Family Activities. The Host’s response time was very quick due to us Booking at the last minute and getting everything ready for us. We were Highly Satisfied with our Stay and when we return to Destin FL we will definitely Book a"

"We enjoyed our stay in Fort Walton Beach. Location on the beach was great and we were able to utilize the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella service and the pool. Condo had all we needed and we took advantage of relaxing on the balcony overlooking the beach also. We tried 4 different recommended, nearby restaurants and all had a different vibe with good food & drink. Building is quiet with easy parking."

"Wonderful pools and beach. This was an amazing find. Three heated pools, two hot tubs, and right in the beach with poolside/beach tiki bar and food service. Everything was clean and the info given by Kristine was detailed and accurate. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to return again."

"A beautiful view from floor # 17! We highly recommend this unit for those wanting a smaller spot. Clean and nicely appointed. There is some long term construction going on at the building (2/24) that makes things a bit inconvenient. Overall, a two thumbs up!"
