"From the beginning the communication was excellent and very detailed instructions. The condo is a nice little place that is just a stone’s throw away from the beach. The walk to the beach is very short and the location did not disappoint. Mainly a family environment on this side of the island. The grounds are clean and the pool is also a nice touch. The apartment is self was as pictures and was very clean. Will really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this AirBnB to friends."

"Awesome! 5/5; I would stay again! The unit was so very clean; whoever cleaned this unit went over it with a fine-toothed comb. It made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The balcony has an excellent view of the gulf and pool. The balcony is so large and the furniture is new and comfortable. The living room tv is huge! I enjoyed that they had cable since I don’t know how to stream shows. The couch was comfy and there were 2 recliners that were leather as well, and also comfy. The bathrooms are huge. The master bed is comfortable; we didn’t use the other bed. The kitchen looks beautiful with a nice, large refrigerator and many kitchen items. There’s not really a designated pantry, but anyone could make it work with their groceries. Washer and dryer in unit. The bedroom tvs are also big. Access to beach and pool are EASY! There are umbrellas and chairs for rent, and if you bring your own, they just have to be set up behind the rentals, which is not bad at all! ❤️🙂👍"

"So glad we found this listing on Okaloosa Island! Easy access to so much—even walking distance to all necessities. The place was very comfortable with many accommodations and a homey feel. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with all of our needs before, during and after the trip. Although the beach was “crowded”, we always felt like there was space for us and it was still pristine and clean! We can’t wait to visit again!"

"The view is just like pictures. The only thing is when the sun is coming up there is no shade to block it. But once thats done the balcony is relaxing. I like that both bathrooms were Very clean an there was no trace of hair left anywhere. Loved my stay!!! Will definitely book again!!!"

"Nice place! Very clean, great view of the water. Condo was great and check in was easy and smooth! Don’t have anything negative about the actual condo, just wanted to mention about the resort- they do not allow tents on the beach (for shade), and if your bring your own chairs, they do not allow you to set up in front of their 6 rows of beach service chairs and umbrellas. They also have security set up along property lines that kept us from setting up on other parts of the beach, as it’s all “private property”. Again, condo was great! We were just a tad frustrated as a family who always brings our own set up and tent (that we couldn’t use). Just a thing to note! If you use beach service, then don’t have to worry about this! Tiki bar at the beach is a plus! Also, Kristin was so kind and sent the link to book beach service as soon as we booked! 🩷 we just are used to bringing our own!"

"This is the perfect spot to stay with young children. The walk to the beach was manageable for our toddler. Beach service was provided. We loved having one less thing the carry each day. We also loved how peaceful the area was. Can’t wait to return. The condo was absolutely perfect and included everything you could think of. "I’m scared to tell you how awesome this place was because then it will get booked and I will have trouble getting back in when I want to come back! The room was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The master bed was unbelievably comfortable (what on earth was that heavenly mattress?!). The blinds made the room completely black, no matter the time a day which made much needed rest possible. Everything was so clean and comfortable. We immediately felt at home. The view was immaculate, we were right in the middle of everything! There were a couple restaurants within walking distance, and Destin and groceries was just a very short minute or two drive down the road. We also love that we could walk to the pier, but we felt far enough away that we weren’t dealing with crowds or traffic. Our beach was very spread out and comfortable. We found our new vacation spot for sure! The communication and information from the house was impeccable, couldn’t ask for anything more on their end."

"Kristine's Airbnb was absolute perfection! Pictures were accurate, the view from the balcony was beautiful, everything was sparkling clean. From the beginning, she was very communicative, check in went flawlessly, and parking was never an issue (even for being there over Memorial Day weekend). I was traveling alone and always felt very safe coming and going from the condo and while being on the resort grounds walking around. Highly recommend and I will 100% book again in the future when I am in the area visiting!"
