"Condo was absolutely perfect. Very close to the beach. Very nice pool was about 20 ft outside the back door super easy access. Can't say enough about cleanliness of the condo and how nice and comfortable it was. Access to the beach was very easy. This place is a hidden gem. We had a different kind of ready but AC had gone out. Luckily we found this one and couldn't be more pleased. The other condo had a very nice beach view, but the amenities and the conduit so held in comparison to how nice this one was inside. It just felt really comfortable and homey."

"We spent a great time in Kristine's place. The condo was very clean and tidy. The view of the beach is incredible as the beach it self. Have included the service of chairs and umbrella came very handy and not to worry of bringing our own. Bed was great. We did not use the sofa bed. My daughter slept in one of the bunks and she complained the third night about the AC noise. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again in the near future."

"This is a cute, clean, updated decor, well kept condo. Perfect size for a family of 4. I did wish there was a place to leave sandy items and wet clothes. You can leave them on the back porch, but since it is ground level, we worried about our suits and items would get taken while we weren't outside. You can get to the pool out of your back door. Parking is steps from the front door. The beach is beautiful and a very short distance and walk. There are hoses and a shower to spray off sand near the pool. The community laundryroom is very nice and close. (Bring quarters for laundryroom) Easy drive to anything you want to do. I felt very safe in this area too. Upon arrival we noticed an issue with the toilet, I contacted them about it and they offered to send someone out. We didn't want to wait on someone to fix it while we were on vacation and it worked, it just had issues. Kristine said she would have it fixed once we left. She was very prompt and friendly when responding."

"Kristine’s condo at pelican beach resort is a wonderful spot for your Destin family vacation. The location is close by, Target, water park and plenty of restaurants. It’s directly on the beach so just bring your ice chest and fun down to the beach and swimming pools. There is also a parking garage that is convenient for your stay as well. I highly recommend Kristine’s place."

"Could not have had a more perfect place to stay for our girls trip! The condo is pristinely cleaned, and has beautiful touches. Kitchen is very well stocked, beds are super comfy, and no interruptions by neighbors. Beach is MUCH less busy than destin, but destin attractions are only a 10min drive away. Can’t wait to come back!"
