"The attention to detail in this space was excellent. It’s always the little things. Matching kitchen-wear. Pillows. Artwork. I always take into consideration of these things. It felt homey & honestly like someone cared. We came in & it actually smelt good. No musty smell of a condo & the peaceful staging done by cleaning service was amazing. Ceiling fans on. Colored lights in bathrooms were such a nice touch. & the peaceful spa like music on the tvs was great. when you walked in it really set the immediate experience off to an amazing start. The view was excellent as well. You can see the ocean from the kitchen. Fold out couch is very user friendly. Space is slightly limited for bigger families clothing & storage of luggage main issue. & lacking some child friendly kitchen-wear (cups bowls). Great stay I would definitely recommend & will be staying at other locations with them too!"

"We will save this listing for future vacations! Perfect location in Fort Walton Beach. Steps from the beach and a private entrance to pool from balcony. Traffic was bad getting to and from restaurants from bridge construction, but didn’t bother us too much. The only bad thing I can say is the pool closes at 10 (I understand this is out of the host’s hands, just kind of a bummer) and someone who lives in the condo strictly enforces this rule."

"Beautiful Views & Perfect Location! We had a fantastic stay at Room 1704 in Sundestin Beach Resort! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The view from the 17th floor was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect: right on the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, but still peaceful and relaxing. The resort amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, beach access, and snack bar) were a big bonus, especially for families. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and professional. We felt right at home. Highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable, beachfront getaway in Destin. We’d definitely come back!"

Smaller families, this place is great if you have littles and are afraid of the bigger balcony’s. 2nd floor but still had views of the ocean, pool."

"Overall we had a great stay! This townhome is within walking distance to the public beach access and several restaurants/shopping which was so great! The home itself was very spacious, clean and great for four adults and three kids. I do feel like I need to mention the pool area. We booked this place specifically because it had a pool and my kids love pool time just as much as beach time. The pool chairs were all broken and dirty. The pool itself and the area around it was dirty and we didn’t even feel comfortable swimming in it. This was a letdown but we enjoyed the beach every day instead. There is also construction going on nearby which is not disclosed in the listing and one morning I was awake at 5:30am listening to loud construction. Like I said the home itself is incredible, but these are things to be aware of before booking."

"Very nice beachfront and clean room.. the beach was well kept and clean.. we just wished the bigger pool and hot tub stayed opened longer.. They locked it up at 6pm every day..It is hard to get in and out of the condo.. they need to have a stop light to make it a lot safer and easier to come and go.."

"This was exactly what we were looking for in our family summer vacation. The condo was clean, well decorated, and had everything we would want. It was just the right size for our family of five (husband, wife, daughter-14 yrs, and two sons-12 yrs). We really loved the ocean view from the second floor. For those looking to book this location, just know you will get another message outside of the platform with a separate request to confirm your reservation. At first, I was a little confused, but it seems this is necessary so that the hosts can meet the requirements of the resort. If you're thinking about booking this spot, go ahead and book it... you will love it!"

"The Hosts were wonderful to deal with and the condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. We were steps away from the beach and steps away from the pool. Our kids loved that there was well kept grassy area outside our place so that he could run wild and we loved it because we could sit on the porch and watch him. Rooms were great, a/c was awesome as it was triple digits while we were there and it was completely updated with everything we needed. Would recommend and would stay there again next time!"

"Kristen was a great host! Very responsive. The home has updated faucets, door handles, and decor. The bones are old. Carpets and grout very dirty. Blood and stains on the extra pillows. Bed comfortable, kitchen nice, tvs are smart. Keurig and coffee pot. Washer and dryer were handy! Room is right off the elevator, elevators smelled terrible. Small/warm pool, beach access great. AJs was great food, a block away. Parlor Donut also great, short drive. Destin is close. For the price of the condo and the size of our party, a hotel would have been better priced with more amenities. The host requested a five star review several times, I could not give a full five. This was our first visit to the area, we look forward to coming back but do not plan to use this host or property again."
