"The location of Kristine’s place was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed and very convenient for getting around. However, there were a few things that could have been better. The main pool and hot tub closed at 7:30 PM, which was disappointing. There were also quite a few loud noises that could be heard from the room at night, making it a bit hard to relax. Additionally, the building itself could use some updates and a deeper clean. Overall, it worked for our stay, but a few improvements would have made the experience much better."

"We enjoyed our stay at Kristine’s place. Quiet, overlooking the pool area, short walk to the beach. We got up early every morning to reserve our beach chairs then would go back and get ready to spend the day at the beach. There were several hoses to clean off after and bathrooms available by the pool so that you didn’t have to go back to the room. It was close to a lot of restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores. We will definitely be back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Fort Walton. This condo was beautiful, very clean and updated, had all the kitchen amenities as well as a few welcome snacks which was very appreciated. Also, there was a nice bathroom welcome kit of essentials- which was also a nice touch to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Another HUGE bonus was the beach supplies, again another unexpected very nice surprise to find when we wanted to go to the beach after the chair service was done for the day (usually around 5pm) they had nice chairs for us to use. The building itself was super clean, lots of parking, prime view of the ocean, and very little noise. My only complaint (and I say that lightly, because it didn't decrease my rating since everything else was so wonderful) is that the bed had a thick foam mattress topper which kind of stuck you in your place once you got in bed. But, beyond that, we loved our stay! We come every year as a get-a-way trip, and we'll be staying here again!!"

Condo is beautifully designed for a smooth vacation, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels, starter set of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry soap, and hygiene products. The air conditioner worked great, beds were comfortable, had plenty of pillows, and the space was VERY CLEAN. Condo was located on 5th floor with a nice size balcony with comfy chairs and tables, and a few steps from elevator, so you had quick and easy access to the beach and pool. Also one set of beach chairs came with condo. I promise you’ll enjoy this place! Parking was easy and close to building. We give Kristine a five star review on her condo and we had no issues at all. We will definitely be back and will continue to recommend to friends. Property was also very close to restaurants and shopping and other fun activities."

"We loved our stay. We were looking for somewhere peaceful and close to everything and this was definitely it. Everything was spotless and the condo had such a cozy feel. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive. Every question I had was answered in less than five minutes. They also sent helpful emails with reminders and clear, easy to follow rules which made everything super smooth. Parking was right in front of the condo and you could even hear the waves from the little patio area outside. It was a great two night stay for my husband, mother in law, and me. We are already talking about booking again for next year."

Perfect place for our mommy/daughter getaway. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The condo was nice and clean. No issues. The only issues we had were the building elevators under repair (which limited use for a lot of people) and not being able to take on/off the wrist bands. Our host did inform us early on before arriving that the elevators were being worked on. Host was wonderful and the condo was great."
