"Great condo right on Miramar Beach. The condo was spacious, with every room having access to a balcony and views of the ocean. Walkable to many places in the area. Comfortable stay for 4 adults and 2 kids, with toys, chairs and a wagon to carry it all to the beach. It was great to have laundry in-unit! The lobby and hallway is a bit outdated and doesn’t have AC, but inside the unit is great. Only downside is the 4pm local time - host as a matter of policy refuses to even consider early arrival which is very annoying given late check in time, the fact that it is abnormal for airbnbs, and the difficulty of reaching the location. Also WiFi is not good - bring a hotspot if you need to work or stream!"

"This place was perfect for our family of 5. The check in was easy, and the property manager was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Having access to both the pool at Terrace, and the pool and beach at Pelican Beach Resort was perfect, and gave us several options for swimming and soaking in the sun. The property felt safe and secure, and the condo was in a great location."

"The place was perfect for our little family of four. Only downside was not knowing there was construction on site. Clearly temporary, but the early construction noises were not helpful in the sleep department. Besides that side note, we would definitely go back again."

"We visit every summer and this is the best condo we stayed in ! The pool and hot tub was perfect for our lil man ! Perfect to watch the fireworks from the pier on Wednesdays ! Our hosts were super responsive and that is a Big Plus !! We will definitely make this our summer condo to come back to every summer!! Thank you Kristine/Anna for being there for us !"

"The stay was wonderful, Kristine is a DOLL. Due to unforeseen damages at our original rental she went above and beyond finding us this rental instead of just canceling our reservations. On top of which she compensated me and my family with dinner for having to move, none of which she had to. I would rent with her over and over again. My family and the kids had a great vacation. "My husband and I wanted a quick beach getaway and we could not have picked a more perfect spot. The location was close enough to nice restaurants, shopping and grocery but felt secluded and the beach was not super crowded like in other areas of 30A. The unit was recently redecorated with great features-bathrooms, bedrooms and new furniture and lighting. The bed was very comfortable and it’s nice to have King bed options in rental units. I loved the soaker tub and used that to relax in. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. We spent many hours outside enjoying the view and breeze and just a quick walk down the path to the beach from this spot! This property also includes 2 chairs and an umbrella for it’s guests which was a very nice feature-no hauling extra items down. We will definitely be back for another visit and stay longer! I highly recommend this lovely condo as it has 3 full bedrooms and a bunk area for kids! Thank you!"

The access to the beach was simple as was the access to the pool. The bedrooms were perfect size, I would even say larger than expected.
