"From the time we arrived this was the perfect vacation spot. This was our first time renting a condo so we didn't really know what to expect. Check in was simple. The condo was excellent with a direct gulf view right on the beach. It was very clean, comfortable and looked just like the pictures. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was modern. The beautifully tiled shower was a dream. The heated pool was cleaned daily and the entire complex was well maintained. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. Definitely five stars and we can't wait to go back next year! Colleen"

"Perfect one bedroom for a couple. Balcony with beautiful view. 3 minute walk to the beach. Easy parking and access to the beach. Bathroom and kitchen in great condition. Felt very comfortable in the space and Khristine was a great proactive communicator. Highly recommend!"

"Great place! And great host! Perfect for a couple. Just be aware that the ac will not come on if outside temp is below 68. You wouldn’t think it would be an issue in the winter months, but the temp inside wouldn’t get below 75 with door open and 3 fans going. It stayed pretty toasty. But overall, I would recommend and would definitely rent again during the summer months. 😊"

"Stop searching and book this gorgeous condo! Pictures don't do it justice. Exceptionally clean throughout, relaxing, updated, and modern. Down the elevator and you're at the heated pool and just steps to the beach. Not as crowded and touristy as are some area beaches. The host is super friendly, very responsive, and professional. Safe area. Grocery, restaurants, etc. all within a 5-10 minute drive. You can't beat the view from this perfect place! Dreamy sunsets...I will definitely be a repeat guest."

"We were awesomely pleased with the condo. Having a balcony looking out on the beach was super. My daughter and her family were in town and were able to come over and enjoy going to the beach with us. Overall, it was a great time and an excellent condo. We are looking forward to renting it again in the future. I gave Kristine 5 stars, but there were a few minor glitches. First, the balcony had gotten flooded by rain before our arrival. Not the fault of the owner. The balcony came with a weather curtain, which the property management probably should have shut. Second, the washer/dryer didn't work, but we could use my daughter's. Lastly, I admit that the Kuerg dumbfounded me. I could use the single-serve but needed help figuring out the traditional coffee pot section. Those were minor issues that did not detract from our overall excellent experience. Thank you, Kirstine!"

"Beautifully decorated end unit on the 9th floor with amazing views of the beach. We loved the location in Destin, comfortable beds, functional kitchen, decent size tv's and the condominium had a little store and restaurant for convenience. SunDestin condo's will be having remodeling starting in December so it would be wise to check for construction before booking any condo in the off season."

The beds were very comfortable, the boards games and puzzles were a great added feature to this listing. Definitely would recommend staying at this condo if you want a care free stay in a beautiful location. They were by far the quickest on response times compared to many other services used in the past. Thank you all for being so kind and accommodating."

"We enjoy the lighter traffic just outside of Destin. We have stayed numerous times in this area and liked this location and parking. The Publix is very convenient and we tried several restaurants in Fort Walton that the owner had recommended in their “Info” booklet. Must say, the Georgia grilled cheese at the Boardroom was a winner. We went at lunch and only had a short wait. Enjoyed our visit- the weather was perfect!"

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Kristine und ihr Mitarbeiter waren immer und schnell erreichbar, die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und klappte problemlos. Das Apartment war sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer! Der Strand war fantastisch und der Strandservice, der im Preis beinhaltet war, war sehr praktisch. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort, insgesamt vier Erwachsene, zwei Kinder (9 und 5 Jahre) und ein Baby. Die Wohnung hatte genug Platz und alles an Ausstattung, was wir benötigten. In der Küche war insbesondere genug Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, ohne dass sofort gespült werden musste."

"Lovely studio styles condo right in the beach with FABULOUS views. The kitchen was perfect for just the hubby and me. Easy access onto and off Hwy 98 and lots of choices for groceries and places to eat. The king size bed was very comfortable and the decor was nice, not overly done in beach themed accessories. Kristine was a gracious and very responsive. As first time AIRBNB renters they set the bar for expectations. We’ve already contacted her again for future possibilities!"
