"Condo is beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect. The condo amenities are above par. From the extra trash bags, the makeup cloths, chip clips, extra throws/blankets to the fully stocked kitchen, you can see that the hosts have meticulously thought of everything. The only downside is the smokers from other balconies - especially if you have allergies or asthma. I highly recommend this condo! Thank you so much!"

"We had a great stay for a fall break. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful! We ate all of our meals out there and really enjoyed the view and the sounds of the ocean. Beach access was easy and close and, like all of Okaloosa Island, just absolutely gorgeous white beaches. The unit was exactly as described and incredibly clean. It really did feel like a home away from home. I will definitely get this condo again the next time I travel to Fort Walton Beach."

"While the building is a little older, the unit felt updated. Having a nice kitchen and laundry are key when traveling with children. The instructions provided were very detailed. The unit contained another folder with a list of local restaurants and activities. It was very helpful. The unit was clean and was appointed nicely. The complex's pools are nice and the beach is just steps away. Renting an umbrella and chairs is convenient and affordable The tiki bar is a nice amenity to have The departing instructions were clear but not onerous."

It's a very short walk from this unit to the sand (just a couple minutes if you're walking slowly). The property is gated which adds a nice touch of security to the stay. They have covered parking. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and stores, jet ski rentals etc. just a five minute drive. And it’s only minutes from the airport. The daily chair and umbrella service on the beach was fantastic! We had an amazing week there!"

"To celebrate my 30th birthday, I told my husband I wanted something quiet and sunny- and this place was it! We were hesitant when we saw this unit was beside the elevator and above the pool, but we never had an issue with noise. We loved the chair service on the beach (and the guy who ran that was super friendly too!). The balcony provided the most perfect place to watch the sun rise with a book and coffee, and to watch the early morning fishing boats and dolphins. We were able to walk to dinner a few nights, and when we went out parking was never an issue. Our hosts had amazing recommendations, and were very responsive when we had a couple issues. We highly recommend this place!"
