The garage parking space is right by the elevators, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Thank you for making us feel right at home with the snacks and recommendations for restaurants nearby. "The condo was perfect, the beach service was grand, the food recommendations were on point. Everything was clean and we felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Things we needed were close by. All we wanted to do was relax and go to the beach and that is what we were able to do. That area offers so many restaurants and without all the mad lines. The building was always very clean and the staff was very attentive a slow elevator and had it going in no time. Parking was an ease. The pool was always clean. I could go on and on but it is pretty obvious that we loved it all. We will be back and likely the same time next year!"

"Kristine’s condo was amazing from the moment you walked in the door! The first thing I noticed was serene music playing on the TV, drawing us towards the incredible view of the beach from the living room and balcony. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. I loved the coastal décor throughout. The kitchen was beautiful. The bathrooms were clean. There is such attention to detail everywhere! Our absolute favorite “amenities” were the beach service included with our stay and the Tommy Bahama beach chairs available to take down to the beach. It gave us the perfect opportunity to sit down by the water but seek some shade when needed. Overall, I am more than pleased with our stay here. Kristine and her team were amazing. We arrived early and went to the beach until check in, but we received a phone call offering an early check in due to higher temperatures and the condo being ready earlier than anticipated. An unexpected and much appreciated treat!"

"Loved how easy it was to get to the beach from condo, literally steps away. The beach chair service was a great addition we didn’t know we needed. The surf hut next door has great drinks and you can walk in with your bathing suit. Condo was clean and well kept and had everything you needed. I my coming from home I recommend bringing your own dish washer pods, laundry stuff, paper towels etc because it was pricey to buy all that stuff there."

"Came for a sister trip. As soon as I opened the door, lights were on, music was playing. The place was exactly as photos, with some new furniture added. It was crisp and clean. The decor was so homey and we felt so very comfortable there. Loved being on the 6 th floor, the deck was so nice and you could see everything! The deck chairs were very comfortable and we enjoyed eating breakfast and having coffee in the mornings! Everything was easy from booking, throughout. Answered messages very quickly. We were so impressed that we had lounge chairs and an umbrella waiting for us every morning!!! I would definitely recommend this place to others!!!!"

"This is my second time booking with Kim and Kristine. They are both super responsive and help out with anything you might need. The condo is absolutely stunning. Balcony facing the beach, Fort Walton Beach is less crowded compared to Destin. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay again. Great condo, spotlessly clean, easy access to pool and beach (2 beach chairs are included) and being set up every morning. Amazing location right across from Stewby’s and a couple min walk to Fubar (great pizza) and some other restaurants, for those moments when you don’t want to drive anywhere. Publix is less than 5min drive just across the bridge. In general just an amazing location in a peaceful area. True gem on Okaloosa island, I’ll certainly be back."
