"Wonderful stay! The unit was exceptionally clean. Unit is in the center of the building for a perfect view, close to the elevator. Very quiet. Walkway to the beach from the pool had a nice grade without stairs. Comfortable furniture and perfectly decorated. The bunkbeds indicated they were for children, but a smaller person or young adult would be comfortable in them. Nice towels and linens. Instructions are sent after booking that will probably answer any extra questions and include additional details about the area, helpful. Easily received grocery delivery, carts in garage helped take things upstairs. Felt very secure/safe here. Kitchen has everything you can think of large bowls, pitchers, plenty of plates, cups serving dishes, utensils and other nice touches like cutting boards, pizza pan and cutter, scissors, bag clips. You name it, it was there. The appliances appear brand new, full sized and were easy to operate. The fridge was huge, and the freezer made ice quickly."

"Great location and the beach is magnificent. Suggest reserving chairs and umbrella prior to arriving if you want premier seating. We had normal seating and it worked out perfectly for us. Family of 4 had plenty of space in the unit and great view of the Gulf. Incredible vacation, we will be back."

"We really enjoyed our stay and the unit was wonderful, clean, nicely updated and well taken care of. We have stayed at Sterling Shores multiple times and this unit was the best we've stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely upgraded and very clean. The balcony was clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. It was nice having a vacuum to help sweep up the beach sand, which seems to get everywhere on a beach vacation. Though the unit was great, the overall Sterling Shores facility is needing some updating and maintenance. The three elevators are at their end of life, with the one closest to the unit completely out of order and the other two intermittently not working, which is a big concern when staying on the 8th floor. The gates are worn out, paving is broken, and things just need replaced. We love Sterling Shores for its location and beach, but the building needs some work. All in all, we enjoyed our summer vacation here in Destin."

"We are a family of 5 and traveled for 2 days to reach Kristine’s AirBnB and it met all of our expectations! Absolutely worth the drive and we loved how everything we wanted to do was less than a 10 minute drive and/or in complete walking distance! The beach was clean and we loved being able to utilize the resort’s amenities! The kids enjoyed “testing out” all the pools. They loved having their own room with a tv and I was happy to see them so excited! We couldn’t figure out the tv in the living room, but it didn’t matter because we had so much fun between the pool and the beach! Loved loved loved all the kitchen amenities and options for dishes and cookware! So grateful to be able to use the beach wagon and have our morning coffee on the balcony listening to the fountain. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly, convenient, safe, and relaxing place to spend their vacation!"

"Stayed 5 nights and 6 days. Everything as expected. Having never had hallway bunk beds, the sleeping arrangements were as expected, but looking back on it, next time I will need two bedrooms. There wasn’t much space for my children to have their own areas. Everything else was great!"

"If you’re debating on whether to book, you will not be disappointed with this rental. It was exactly as described and was immaculate. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the starter supplies provided were more than what we needed during our stay. The hosts were so friendly and responsive, and it’s very clear they care about you having a great experience at their property. This was our first time in Destin, and the location was perfect. We loved having breakfast on the balcony in the morning and spotted several dolphins swimming, which my daughter absolutely loved. The beach is beautiful and clean, and we did rent umbrellas prior to our stay which I recommend. It’s a very short drive to the marina, shopping, and great dining. We also loved visiting the water park right across the street. I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future."

"Had a great time. Condo balcony overlooks the beach, near the elevator but not much noise, elevator was always available without much wait and seemed to be cleaned often. Short walk to beach, beautiful sand and water. Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, dishes, pans, etc we needed for cooking all our meals. Plenty of towels and condo was very clean. Parking was easy and close to building entrance. I would stay again."

"This location was a wonderful stay. This is a gated condo that allows privacy to all the guests in the location. There is a short pier near the pool that delivers you directly on the beach where included with your room, you get 2 chairs and an umbrella. The room was near spotless and comfortably fit 5 guests and could've comfortably fit 6 if needed. It is a bit of a drive fron Destin. Usually taking 25+ mins due to the traffic on the main road. If having an Airbnb host that communicates quickly with you is important I highly recommend Kristine and her team. Any questions I had from booking to check out she was always quick to reply. If you are in the area looking for a nice beach, good restaurants, and want to be further down the beach from Destin this is a perfect location."

"We rented this condo for a girls senior trip and chaperoned 8 teenagers, plus myself and my wife. We were pleasantly surprised entering the condo how nice and peaceful it was. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, simple and not overwhelming. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed plus more to make breakfast, lunch and dinners each day. The private beach entrance was nice and easy to get to and from. There was even an ice cream “boat” that came by the beach several times each afternoon that accepted cash, the girls really liked that. The sleep number beds were very nice and allowed us to get a good nights sleep almost as if we were home. I was pleasantly surprised at how deep the master en suite tub was, perfect for soaking in after a full day at the beach. Even with 10 of us in there it never felt small or like we were cramped. We would definitely consider this condo for future visits."

"We loved our stay at Kristine’s place! It is adorable and has a beautiful view of the beach. The decor, cleanliness, and updated features (sink, countertops, shower, vanity, furniture, etc.) made the place feel very luxurious. We loved the little things that made our stay even better… like the fan on the vanity, the charging stations on the nightstands, the beach chairs, stocked kitchen dishes and nice appliances, posted signs to help with various instructions, aloe for sunburns, small coolers, games, books, net for the beach, etc. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. The walk to the beach and pool were simple, and the elevators never gave us any issues. It was so nice to have the provided beach service (go down early - 7:30ish - to save a front row spot). We had an excellent stay!"

"we were able to fit our whole family in this space (7 adults and small kids), which is so hard to do! there was plenty of living and dining space for everyone. Kristine has designed this space to be beautiful, comfortable, and clean. there was absolutely everything you needed and nothing you didn't. she knows how to style a space for maximum efficiency and beauty. gave me the immaculate feeling of nice hotel rooms with everything in it's place, but the comfort of home. I appreciated small touches like rounded corners on the coffee table so I never worried about my tiny ones, haha! we loved not being in a high rise, the view from her balcony paired so well with coffee in the morning. it was so easy to get to and from the beach, and the kids loved the pool too. easy check out rules, a major bonus! Kristine set the mood from the moment you walk in with relaxing music and scents throughout the condo to start your vacation right ♥️ would stay again!"

"Okaloosa Island is my family's new favorite vacation spot! The condo was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. The location was absolutely perfect! It's in a quieter area and we love that. The beach wasn't as crowded and we really enjoyed our space. The view is spectacular and I could not have asked for more. Kristine was an awesome host. I hope to book again next Summer with her!"
