"We stayed at B101 over the labor day weekend and it was perfect! It had been freshly renovated, was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed there with 4 adults and 6 kids and it fit us perfectly with the bunkbeds being a big hit amongst the kids. We were able to walk out into the grass "backyard" right off the back porch to play soccer and crochet. We were also a 5 minute drive to downtown Rosemary Beach which is perfect for an afternoon ice cream run with the kids. The beach was in pristine condition and was very private. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Would definitely stay again 10/10!"

"I apologize for the slight delay in sending this—my phone stopped working while we were on vacation. Your place was absolutely perfect for our group of eight. We had such a wonderful time celebrating both my birthday and my granddaughter’s birthday there. From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with the home. One of our favorite moments was enjoying morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean view. The condo was so well stocked especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. Kristine even went the extra mile by providing a wagon with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, which was such a thoughtful touch and came in very handy. We also rented a boat one day to visit Crab Island, which was a highlight, but honestly, some of the best memories came from simply relaxing at the condo and enjoying the beautiful beach and clear water just steps away. We can definitely see ourselves returning next year and hope you’ll have us again. Thank you so much—everything was"

"It was a beautiful little condo. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. The couch had a bed but we just fell asleep on the couch it was comfy. The place was cozy. We enjoyed a nice walk after dinner one night. The beach was close enough to walk or drive if you get there early. I would book there again if it was available. The only suggestion is back up hand soap. I guess it was not restocked and was out. Also if you stay be aware of the parking. There is not much room out there as you turn in or park but that is not way the host fault, it just the building."

"We had an amazing time! Our kids had plenty of space to feel like they were just at home. There were board games and even a milkshake maker! The kitchen was FULLY equipped with everything we could ever want or need during our stay. The attention to detail to our needs was great. We had toiletries so many towels and all the beach things. The beds were also very comfortable. I can not rave enough about how amazing our stay was here. We will be saving this place for our next visit!"

"This condo is absolutely beautiful! Perfect for a group trip, couples trip or taking grown kids as all bedrooms are En Suite. The kitchen is PERFECTLY stocked, with way more than you could ask for. We actually picked up Stewby’s Steamer packs and prepared filets in the room to go with it, perfect night in. The view from the “master” was great to wake up to every morning. The unit location is close to the west elevator and trash chute, big plus since the complex is rather large. One of the best stays I have had in Fort Walton!"
