"“Sunny & Chair” was a magnificent condo for a beach vacation. It was very clean upon our arrival and the check in with the instructions made it easily accessible. The view of the G.O.A. was incredible from the balcony and the beach itself was just steps away from the pool and elevators. It’s perfect for a family with kids as the bunks and pull out would work well with plenty of room for all. Lastly and on a side note, I forgot my favorite pillow and the host asked me if I wanted it shipped to me. What a great gesture and a wonderful host. “Sonny and Chair” with the industrial milkshake machine is a must stay if you’re looking for comfort, close proximity to several restaurants and the sugar white sands of Oakaloosa Island with the more vibrant Destin just minutes away."

"Loved this condo..........it was as described and 'happily' decorated and very comfortable. We loved, loved the view and feeling like we were on the beach from the balcony. It was so easy to access and enjoy the beautiful beach. We also loved the location in Fort Walton Beach area which is a bit quieter while still very close to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely book this condo again!"

"We had a fantastic stay! The condo is right on the beach with access to a private area and paid beach service—super convenient. The unit was spotless, well-equipped, and had a full kitchen, which we really appreciated. The view of the gulf from the living room is breathtaking—morning coffee with ocean sounds was perfect. It’s walking distance to the Okaloosa boardwalk and a short drive to Destin. Lots of great restaurants nearby, though limited shopping. The bed and bath were very clean with high-quality linens and towels. Only downside: the bedroom window faces the hallway near the elevator, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The host was very responsive and check-in/out was smooth. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach escape!"

"This condo is beautiful and right on the beach as advertised. You have the option to rent chair and umbrella from a local company. Also has 3 wonderful pools for kids and adults and a tiki bar that you can walk up and order right by the beach. Loved it and will stay again!"

"We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay! The condo was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and had everything we could’ve needed from extra beach towels and chairs to coolers and plenty of linens. It was honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed, which I truly appreciated. It was the perfect spot to slow down and recharge. There were just a few minor things I shared privately with the host, but nothing that took away from the experience. Between the location, the amenities, and the care put into every detail, it was easy to feel right at home."

"Absolutely beautiful condo and a perfect location. I was worried about it being a lot of stairs down to the beach, but it wasn’t bad at all. My husband has had many ankle surgeries and does not like stairs but he had no problems with it."
