She and her team were amazing with communication! The condo was exactly as described, was very clean and everything was perfect! Perfect and gorgeous view of the ocean with lots of shopping and restaurants close by! Well worth the money!!!!"

"This unit exceeded our expectations! Great space for family with spacious balcony for dining or just hanging out! Steps from the beach & the pool area was awesome with plenty of room! Seems the 2 pools & hot tub area were cleaned everyday & probably one of the cleanest pool areas we've been to! The grill area (gas & charcoal) was nice as well if you want to cook. We did a couple of times. Plenty to do nearby with minimal planning! Asiago's right across the street was great for breakfast as well. Destin Harbor Boardwalk is a must visit for everyone! We enjoyed the Dolphin Cruise then ate at Dewey's there on the boardwalk. I would recommend both! Several State Parks close by (we visited a couple). The fighter jets from Eglin AFB flyover the beach routinely during the day which I thought was neat as well. We're just an average family from NC who saves for vacation & this one was great!"

"Five stars all the way around. Felt really safe and had no safety concerns the entire trip. Pristine, clean, and comfortable. Towels and wash cloths were good quality. Bed was so comfortable. TVs worked great. Beautiful view from the accessible balcony. The best part: there were fold out chairs in a closet to use at the beach. Due to the weather conditions, the chair service shut down. But it wasn’t raining. Was still able to take the chair down to the beach and relax. There were two chairs. Very considerate host!"

"Great space for 3 families. Walkable to beach, and compound also offers tram service to the beach if desired. The pool is amazing - very kid friendly and lots of room. Amenities are super close just 0.5-5 miles away for fun, shopping, food, movie theatre, etc. The host is very communicative, and accommodating as well. Loved everything about it. They do only provide starter supplies for bathroom, and kitchen so keep that in mind when packing to come."

"First time to Destin! This condo and the views were spectacular! Newly updated bathrooms, well appointed kitchen that had everything we needed. The beds were comfy enough and all of us (parents and two teens) slept pretty darn good every night. Host was quick to respond to any needs. There was some construction noise from the buildings next door but not a deal breaker. We were able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas for the week (do this ahead of time) and order food and drinks right from the beach. It truly felt like a resort. One of the other things that was really nice was the fact that the beach is a smoke, vape, pot free beach. Some other beaches you go have cigarette butts all over the place and it’s not ideal for playing in the sand. None of that on this beach. Overall our stay was fantastic, beach was heavenly, condo was awesome!"

"This was our favorite vacation we have taken as a family so far. Very spacious and clean with all the amenities you would have in a home provided. Host was super responsive and location very family oriented. Everything was wonderful but hands down the best part was the view including TONS of dolphin sightings. We hope to come back yearly!"

The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch was bigger than expected. Loved having the in unit washer and dryer to clean towels. "Pristine condo with a homey feel! The condo had everything we needed for our trip (2 adults). The view and patio can’t be beat! Just steps from the beach. The included beach chairs/ umbrella were a nice touch. Short Uber ride to solid restaurants in Fort Walton and Destin. You can also walk to a few restaurants. We would stay here again! Kristine is very responsive!"
