We did not have Wi-Fi while we were there not sure what exactly the issue was with that. But it was a great stay other than that."

"Kristine was extremely responsive and helpful for us. We were actually looking at a different place that didn’t work out and Kristine suggested this one that checked all the boxes of what I was looking for after I messaged her. She was very responsive and flexible. This unit was originally showing as not available during the times I had selected as they were working on the A/C unit and she was able to change that so that we could stay here. Thanks for being flexible Kristine! Our stay was short but we thoroughly enjoyed waking up to that great ocean view each morning plus the proximity to the beach. Also, the king bed was very comfortable so that was good."

"The condo was great! It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures! Plus the balcony has an amazing view. The building is a short 3-5 minute walk away from the beach. "This is a beautiful place and met all our needs. Home had everything we needed to cook and heat up leftovers. Loved the view and had a great beach access. Host was very friendly and very quick response time. Loved we were able to do laundry while we were there so we didn’t have some much to do when we got back. "Great condo on Fort Walton Beach ! Fantastic view ( top floor of building). The host was responsive and kind. We loved this place. There was beach service and the guys running it were friendly and super helpful. It was nice to have chairs and an umbrella ready and waiting for us on the beach. Shoutout to Buddy the beach chair guy! Really friendly and he gave us GREAT suggestions for local restaurants.. which we did go to and all we’re fantastic! Kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need! Spacious living room area with nice TV and comfortable furniture. Beds were comfy . Nice towels and linens. Everything was great! We walked the length of the beach several days..and this location seemed to be the best on the beach! I will definitely be back!"

"Older building but this apartment is extremely well-maintained. Give host high marks for property condition and communications. The check-in times was clearly mentioned as not movable but it turns out the checkout time was as well. This won’t work for you of your flight out is really late in the PM. Suggest caution if you want flexibility"

"We booked Kristine’s place for a quick weekend getaway and we will definitely be booking again with her soon. Her place was amazing! It was extremely clean and my mom (who’s a neat freak) raved about how organized the kitchen was. I woke up the next morning to her on phone telling all of her friends about it. Haha! Kristine had everything we needed and more. It smelled amazing and even had soft music playing when we arrived. It’s little details like this that make me so happy. I always worry about the beds and pillows when going on vacation and everything was very comfortable here, even the sofa bed was comfy. Kristine was also very quick to respond when I had questions. This place also had AMAZING views! It really deserves 10 stars!!! If you’re thinking about booking “Sunny and Chair” DO IT!!! You won’t regret it."
