"We couldn’t have been happier when walking into Kristine’s place! Smells are a thing with me, and it smelled good!! There was music playing, such a nice touch. We were very comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. Everything was so clean! The view is sensational and the balcony was nice and private. Such a great find at the beach! Stewby’s is the best and is right across the street! We ate there a number of times. We enjoyed our stay here so much!"

"Hubby and I wanted a long weekend getaway. Found this lovely condo right on the gulf. Had to book. What a great place ( only wish it was warmer out the weekend we stayed) Was able to enjoy coffee on the balcony and watch the dolphins play in the water. White beach was just wonderful to take nice long walks on. Condo was so pretty, bed was comfortable. Kitchen was so pretty ( even though we didn’t cook at all) it was just so perfect We enjoyed ourself more then we thought."

"Hubby and I really enjoyed this place! We loved the view of the Gulf, and the proximity to the beach couldn't be beat. The place was very clean and attractive, and there was plenty of room for the two of us. The location was excellent, with many amenities and restaurants close by. Parking was very easy in the allocated section of the lot with the provided parking permit. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. We were very sad to leave the condo and the beauty of the area, and would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Beautiful condo in the beautiful and convenient Sundestin. This location is perfect for getting to anything you need. In between the Harbor and Mirimar beach. We like to go to both so this spot is perfect. Kristine’s place was so cute and clean. The views were so beautiful from the balcony as well as the side window. My family and I felt right at home and will definitely use this condo again."

"Kristine and her team were incredible to work with. After a very late night arrival after a very long travel day we found ourselves without a place to stay due to an issue with the condo we had originally rented (not affiliated with Kristine or her team). I immediately started looking for condos that were available to rent and booked this at close to 2am. I explained the situation and how we were forced to stay at a hotel that night but were really hoping that we could get into the unit prior to the typical 4pm check in. They communicated very quickly and were able to have the unit ready for us by the time we had to check out of the hotel. They went above and beyond for us and even included some sweet donuts that were a huge hit with my kids. The unit was spotless, comfortable and in a perfect location with a great view and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. You will not be disappointed with this unit or this team!"

"Great place right off of Fort Walton Beach. Views from the balcony are gorgeous. Easily accessible, big parking spot. Place was spotlessly clean and looked like the pictures. Right across from Stewby’s Seafood, so not always necessary to take your car out. A lot of restaurants, bars, shops are walkable. Would definitely stay again."
