Check-in/out was an easy process. The beach, pools, and splashpad were easily accessible. Lots of great restaurants and fun activities nearby. "This place was amazing and the perfect spot to relax for the week. The communication leading up to arrival answered every question I had and made check-in a seamless process. The pictures don't do this place justice. Everything was neat and in perfect condition not to mention the balcony was the perfect place to wind down after a day at the beach and pool. Our 3 little ones did NOT want to leave! 10/10 would recommend for families or just couples wanting to get away for a few days. Everyone in the building was super nice and the noise from the pool and surrounding areas was non-existent. We'll definitely be back!!"

The first thing I noticed was how clean the condo was for an Airbnb. All the reviews are accurate. The view was great, the convenience of being located right on the beach is even better. All the appliances worked well and the condo kept super cool throughout the day. I was worried about the noise but the condo has quiet hours so if was really quiet after 10pm. Overall, the booking was definitely worth the cost and I was more than satisfied. Plus I got a great tan!!!!"

"Wonderful place to stay, especially if you have children and want to stay close to the beach. There are child protection locks on the doors that helped keep our two year from going on the patio without us! The place is so beautiful and cozy and highly recommend!"

"This was a great location and the view can not be beat! The condo was very clean, had every cooking utensil you would need and was beautifully decorated. There are only a few restaurants within walking distance but if you don't mind a longer walk, there are several at the boardwalk. We did instacart from the Publix and had groceries delivered the morning after we arrived which was perfect. You can watch the fireworks right off the balcony which was awesome. There are chairs/umbrella provided at the beach for you but if you don't claim them early, they will be gone. We did not have a car and used uber to get around (destin, fort walton marina, boardwalk when raining, airport), the prices were very reasonable (way less than a rental car) and we didn't have to worry about parking/driving. We would come back in a heartbeat, our family of four (kids 15 and 12) had a blast!"
